Port St. Lucie Getaway: Pool, Game Room & More

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! I am thrilled to hear that you found the property to be so clean and that I could be helpful during your stay. We truly value your feedback and would love to host you again anytime

Glad to hear you enjoyed our beautiful home. We got great things to say about Karen and her group.

Thank you, Leanne, for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We're glad you appreciated the property's location. We also appreciate your comments regarding the pool area and the insects you encountered. Our home receives regular professional pest-control treatments, along with ongoing pool and outdoor maintenance. However, Florida's tropical environment can sometimes bring seasonal insect activity, particularly around outdoor areas and vegetation. We take your observations seriously and will continue reviewing these areas to maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Thank you again for your stay and for helping us identify opportunities for improvement. Warm regards,

I also want to thank you for pointing out those items. I sincerely apologize for the cleanliness oversight and the inconvenience with the refrigerator and garage. This is not the standard we aim to deliver, and I will be addressing these matters with our team to ensure they are properly corrected. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue improving.
