Had a great stay. House is clean and as pictured. Only in town for one night so didn’t spend too much time there, but had most everything you would need and is walkable to a lot of bars and restaurants. Good communication with some questions I had in advance. Would stay here again if back in town. Thanks!

Ryan was excellent to work with and the place itself was very clean. The only reason we did not give 5 stars all around is because the couch needs to be cleaned or replaced. Better/cleaner towels would be appreciated. And hooks to hang towels near the shower are needed.

The couch has seen better days, didn’t want to sit on it but other than that, and the broken toilet paper holder, it was nice. Pretty clean, towels and toilet paper/paper towels provided. I didn’t have any but appreciated the coffee being available.

Host was incredibly responsive (well exceeded our expectations for communication) and the unit was cute and convenient. The parking is SUPER convenient (right in front of unit), which is hard to find in the area. Remember to send your info if you need a parking pass (the host did share this when we made the reservation, I just didn’t check my inbox- and even with this being my mistake, they went above and beyond to help me get a pass that night). 10/10 would stay again.

Gorgeous interior and matches the description pretty accurately. We did have issues that would keep us from booking again1. Parking was not available. Needing to park and walk from blocks away.2. When arriving at night, the front porch is not illuminated, and the lock was not able to be deciphered without a flashlight. 3. The light switches to operate the lights for the home: either they are too difficult to understand (and I'm kind of a nerd when it comes to technology), or they were malfunctioning. Each of the lights are labeled with mood lighting names. Not something that says simply "kitchen," "bath," or "bedroom." We were able to turn on lighting quickly, but we were not able to figure out how to get everything to turn off.3. We expected a busy area. This area is much busier and louder than anticipated. It's a narrow street with parking on both sides. Cars were coming up and down the road all night, squealing and peeling tires. In the morning, we found numerous damaged vehicles and shattered glass just outside of the front door. Parking out front not being available turned out to be more of a blessing than an inconvenience. 4. You can hear everything in this home. From the front of it to the back of it, it doesn't matter what room you're in.

It was the perfect location for us. There are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. I like being near high street because it is easy to navigate Columbus from there. The place was clean and a great size for two people.

Beautiful home

We stayed here for one night and it was perfect! It was clean, lots of space, and just overall felt homey. It’s in a great location right next to the Short North. The property owner was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Weekend in Columbus

This property was charming, spacious, clean, and convenient located to many restaurants, bars, shops, The Ohio State University, and interstates. Our host was very responsive to all messages and went out of his way to provide a special request. I recommend this property!!

Amazing

This was a perfect spot for a weekend stay and Ohio State playoff football! We had issues with the electronic lock(likely due to operater error) and had to call the owner who was able to unlock remotely and instantly. Will be staying here again next football season.

The host was great and very responsive but the place was very dirty. There was chocolate on the cabinets, a centipede in the bathroom within minutes of our arrival. The sheets were stained and we found shoes under the bed. I am not convinced the house was even cleaned prior to our arrival.
The bed sheets the day we arrived but we didn’t notice until late in the evening.

Some stains on walls and couch.Lights were kind of confusing. Trash can seems like latch is broken and won’t close sometimes.Only reason I didn’t five stars across the board.Fantastic location, they really made a conscious effort in the design and homeliness of the place. If I come back to Columbus would definitely recommend this property.

The property was in excellent condition and in a great location! The place was clean, parking was easy and close to many walkable bars/restaurants. The only thing I did not like was I found the property on Expedia and it was advertised as check in 3pm and checkout at 11am, when in fact the property owner said 4pm check in and 10am checkout. Not sure where the miscommunication was, but felt like what was advertised should have been honored without a fee penalty.
