A beautiful, well-equipped property set amongst the peaceful Southern Kentucky wilderness just minutes from Lake Cumberland. My Father, Brother, & I stayed in August of 26' to enjoy a weekend away & catch up outside of our busy lives. Todd & Sara are fantastic hosts. Book the stay. You will not be disappointed.

Not only a beautiful vacation home, but very peaceful setting away from the road where all you hear are the birds chirping. Very thoughtfully decorated with the latest in lighting. Easy to communicate with the owner who is quick to respond. We loved the location as close to the launch either at the dam or Lake Cumberland State Park. We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent location for river or lake access. Less than five minutes to both boat launches. House is adorable and perfect for two couples traveling together. We enjoyed the high end finishes. The hosts are super responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again.

Our family had a great week staying here. It’s such a nice place to stay near Lake Cumberland, and they had nice little touches that added to the experience, such as the movie and s’more station. We were also impressed with the quality of the grill and cookware in the kitchen, as we like to cook, and it’s rare to find a place with quality pots and pans. It’s definitely a peaceful location, and a nice escape to be able to relax on the patio and enjoy nature. The fire pit is a great way to wrap up a day on the lake. Thanks for a great place for our annual Lake Cumberland trip!

This is a great place for rest and relaxation with a well-appointed home and lots of outdoor space. We loved the porches, firepits and the grill (shoutout to Sara and Todd for the smores supplies). We enjoyed exploring the area and highly recommend this is a base for a Lake Cumberland adventure. Great hosts and lovely home!

Absolute paradise!Each time we visit, it’s a wonderful stay at Midnight Pearl. It’s the perfect retreat for our family. We love waking up surrounded by nature with stunning views, and minutes from Lake Cumberland.The house is in an amazing location, and its modern design is perfectly integrated in the surrounding forest with a sharp eye for architecture. Night or day, this place really shines! The interior is beautifully decorated, with so much thought put into each detail. We have stayed there numerous times, and have fallen in love with this place!It’s our home away from home, and we can’t wait until our next return! The Midnight Pearl did not disappoint! This property is even more stunning in person. We absolutely loved this place and would stay here again. My wife and I travel to many lakes every summer, staying in locations close to the lake. This place was very close to the boat ramp, easy to get to, and had plenty of parking. Communication with the owners was easy and response time was fast. Sara and Todd thought every thing when creating The Midnight Pearl. Thank you for having us!

There are not enough stars provided to adequately rate this gem stone of a property.Unbelievable amenities that you need more nights to enjoy all of. Three was not enough.Todd & Sara are like having a front desk at a hotel, adequately insuring you are pleased and want for nothing. The privacy and peace and quiet at ‘midnight Pearl’ will absolutely amaze you. Enjoy!!!!!

We loved our stay at The Midnight Pearl! The home is beautiful, well decorated and had everything we needed! We loved the treats they left for us to enjoy as well as goodies to make s’mores! We enjoyed the home and we also enjoyed the outdoor seating areas and privacy the property offers. There are multiple seating areas. Two different places to enjoy a fire. One fire pit area perfect for relaxing and making s’mores and a seating area by the blackstone where you can enjoy the gas fireplace and seating while you cook. The blackstone was perfect for our steaks and smash burgers. They also enjoy playing bags in the large front yard with our family and friends. The Midnight Pearl’s location was perfect for us. Close to two different boat ramps, the Stare Park, a gas station and not too far from town. We utilized The Pearls large parking area for our boat. The owners are wonderful. If we ever had a question they were quick to respond and very helpful! The process was so easy. If we come to the area again we will definitely stay here again!
