You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soaps, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, I will provide complimentary tea and coffee with enough to get you started until you can get to the supermarket, multiple supermarkets within 10-minute walk.

⋆ Consent to House Rules: All guests must provide written consent to the house rules on chat before access is allowed.
⋆ Personal Information: Please provide the home address, email address, and passport copies for all guests at least 24 hours before check-in. Failure to do so will result in an inability to check in.
⋆ Booking changes are not guaranteed and depend on the host’s discretion.
What you need to remember:
⋆ Early Communication Request: We kindly ask that you share any concerns or issues with us directly, giving us the opportunity to promptly assist you.
⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.
⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.
⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.
⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.

Dear Valued Guests,

Please be advised that we are currently exploring the possibility of offering this property for long-term lease. As part of this process, you may be requested to permit brief viewings of the apartment by prospective tenants accompanied by a licensed real estate agent.
While your presence during these viewings is optional, rest assured that you will receive a minimum of 1 to 2 days’ notice prior to any scheduled visit. All viewings will be arranged during reasonable hours to ensure minimal disruption.
