Great view, easy access to property, quick responses from owner which is awesome. Didn't know there was a parking fee kinda expensive 90 dollars for 2 cars but property was def worth the penny ..would stay again

When your wife asks you how she looks and you say fine, that is this place. It meets your needs, but doesn't exceed any expectations. Pretty much a 1975 throw back. I love vintage, big there is a big difference between vintage and old. Cleaning service did an excellent job for what they had to work with.

Hard to open the lock box. Light switches didn’t do much. Light bulbs were burnt out Tub fixtures in main bedroom leaked. Floor in main bedroom are raised. But the ocean view was worth it.

If you are just looking for a place to lay your head at night and not spend a lot of time in the condo it's great, beautiful view right on the beach and close to plenty of stores, food, etc. The unit is in need of repair, one eye on the stove doesn't work, neither does the exhaust fan. The bathtub in the master bedroom leaks and the toilet doesn't always flush. Windows are old and cloudy and blinds mostly don't work. There's a broken rusted chair on the balcony. It's a throwback from the 70's. Parking cost us 60 which wasn't called out.

The location is unbelievable. The unit definitely needs an update. It could also use some curtains. 530am the entire place is lit up. One of the burners on the stove didn't work. The pull out bed is broken. It could use some more furniture. It says it sleeps 6 but you only have furniture for 3 people. Unless you don't mind sitting on a dining room chair. Communication was spotty. No apologies about the broken/ not working bed and stove. Also there is no "rooftop pool" as is described in the listing. Be prepared to pay for parking too. We painted 125 for 2 cars.

I don't believe the listing states that the pool is on the roof, but it is on the premises out the back of the building. We'll replace the broken pull-out bed, part of continuous maintenance that some of our guests sometimes cause. We've had curtains in the past on the living room windows but many of our guests had commented that they liked waking up to sunshine over the ocean.

OCMD Family beach week

We as a whole definitely had a good time this time around. It was busy for the time of year but we had a lot of fun. The staff was always friendly and understanding.

Was never told that the parking permit for the condo was 15.00 per day. Getting information was unbelievable, I was sent a list of items in an email, and it only showed bullet points, no verbiage. I was told it would be resent and clarified, never got it. Lights were burned out in the Condo. I won't be back

To our future guests, we'll try to make the instructions clearer in our welcome packet. We would have loved to have known of any lights issue during our guests' stay. It would have likely been an easy fix. Thanks for the feedback.

The accommodations was very comfortable and cozy. Made it feel like a home away from home. If I had any cons, it would be that in the description the owner should specifiy that the property is near a private beach not the boardwalk and the owner could be more communitive, ran into a few issues, but was able to figure it out because it took a while before the owner got back to me to answer the questions. A Way to solve this is put more information in the check-in procedures

We were not told of the pricey registration fee. (Just a small fee is in the listing) The unit could use a good cleaning top to bottom. But it is very spacious and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The pool is very clean and accessible. And the walk to the beach was wonderfully easy snd close.

The location and view are great. The pool and access to the beach are awesome. The Unit is dated and had not been thoroughly cleaned. My son slept on the pull out and was up at sunrise because there is no curtain on the giant slider. Getting in the Unit and locking/unlocking was a disaster. Definitely needs serious updating but it was tolerable because of the positives mentioned and we had spectacular weather so didn't spend a whole lot of time in the Unit.

Thank you for the comments. When you can, follow up with what was specifically difficult about gaining access to the unit. The lockbox and key are there on the front door best as we are aware. We make it a point to completely clean between guests, so any specific feedback there would be helpful. We're glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay. We may consider curtains for the sliding glass doors but many of our guests have indicated that they enjoy waking up to the sunrise over the ocean.

We got off to a rough start, but the location truly is the highlight—just steps from the beach, which is exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the stay was impacted by poor communication and a few avoidable issues.1.We received no check-in information before arrival. I messaged the host through the app with no response for 7 hours. After driving 5 hours, I had to call Vrbo to access the property. The host responded later with a vague message, but still didn’t include the door code.2.Upon arrival, security informed us of a 60 parking/facility fee, which was never mentioned in the listing.3.After returning from the beach, we found there was no hot water. The host did not answer calls or respond quickly. Vrbo began working on backup accommodations but required a 5-hour window for the host to respond. Eventually, the host messaged that we needed to flip the water heater breaker ourselves. We had hot water an hour later, but no apology was offered.4.Minor issues: no soap/shampoo, poor water pressure, air hockey table missing a puck, and chess set missing a piece. The unit is a bit dated, but the photos are accurate.Overall, the location is great, but the experience could have been much better with clearer communication. Hosts should ensure check-in/out info is updated in Vrbo (we got neither) to avoid issues for guests
