Burke's Oasis er en 2BR / 2BA condo beliggende på 29 Quincy Circle, Santa Rosa Beach, FL, 32459, Unit A på 2. sal (elevator adgang til rådighed), i det fornemme samfund af Seaside. Vi er kun få skridt væk fra de mange butikker i Seaside, amfiteatret og direkte over 30A fra en af Seasides adgang til stranden og den berømte Bud & Alleys Restaurant.

Når du kommer ind i lejligheden, går du ind i den åbne stue og rustfrit køkken med en betagende udsigt over den Mexicanske Golf. Vores opholdsstue har et stort fladskærms-tv til din indendørs underholdning, og den stabile vaskemaskine / tørretumbler er skjult i et skab i gangen. Det delte badeværelse har en kombination af bruser / badekar og dør til dronningen Guest Guest. Dronningmesteren er lige uden for køkkenet med sit eget private bad.

Det fuldt udstyrede gourmetkøkken tilbyder rustfrit hvidevarer med udsigt til stuen. En udendørs balkon tilbyder spiseplads til 4 med smuk uhindret havudsigt! Kom til en weekend, eller bliv i ugen. Burkes oase er helt sikkert din oase, når du bor her.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Hopefully, we’ll be back soon. The location was perfect! Beach, shopping and restaurants literally across the street yet charming and not noisy. I loved it here at Burkes Oasis!

Great location and excellent property for a stay in Seaside. Communication with rental company was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and take advantage of all the fun that this beach town has to offer.

The location is perfect. The condo is very worn. The paint is mixed colors and dripping down walls. Screws and bolts stick out of walls. Plaster is missing and rust covers the silverware and knife’s. This condo needs a major rehaul. The sheets and pillow cases had stains. However, the location was great.

Burke's Oasis was perfect! Great location, walking distance to everything. Walk outside and you are there. Plenty of space, 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. Very cute very quaint but still spacious enough. We loved staying here and plan on doing it again!

Overall, it was good. Property is seasoned for sure and the raised kitchen/den area is not great for young children but the location is hard to beat.

Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here thoroughly! The location is great with a terrific view and lots of people-watching opportunities from the awesome porch! Everything was clean and exactly as it was described. Good layout with the rooms. Even as close as it was to the main road, noise was never a problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this condo! It was clean and such a great spot for the location. Also we had a question and we got a call immediately to answer what we had asked! Highly recommend!!!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway at Burke's Oasis!

We spent our Spring Break week at Burke's Oasis, and it was an excellent experience! The property manager was proactive in providing all the details we needed before our stay and even shared helpful resources for our trip. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed— a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware, restrooms with plenty of towels and essentials, and a washer and dryer for convenience. Best of all, the location was perfect! It’s just a short distance from the Town Center, beach, shopping, and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Burke’s Oasis!

Wonderful experience

We were very impressed with the open communication with the property manager. Everything was just as listed. The beds were very comfortable. My husband and I stayed there with our grown son. We were all very happy with our stay. We hope to stay here again.

Family retreat

AMAZING location that you can walk to anything you need. Next time I plan to rent a golfcart. Was big enough for 2 couples and honestly could have put kids in the living room. definitely plan to use again in the future

Needs work

It was ok for just me but needs some tlc. Some blinds don’t work and the windows should be cleaned. Also should update with smart TVs they are now so inexpensive. Great location but my wife would not like it.

Perfect spot for us!

We loved this location. We did not move our car the whole time. It’s right next to the seaside square and across the the beach access. The perfect size for our family of 4. Everything was as it says. The bikes were a big hit and renting the chairs and umbrella ahead of time made it so easy. The gift bag was an extra bonus. We plan on going again next year. Amazing place

Seaside May 2019

Lovely rental. Very simple. I wish you had a kitchen table and chairs. The stools are so low that kids can’t reach the kitchen counter. View was nice. Outside table and chairs/deck area were lovely. It is very loud at night and early morning at this location with trucks/birds/the valet parking. Also the floors were very dirty. I had to wipe down my kids feet before getting into bed every night because their feet were black from the flooring. Kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms/bedrooms all clean and sufficient for a small family. We did enjoy our stay.

Seaside is Fantastic

Great location! We were quite comfortable and loved the proximity to everything. Having the bikes provided was great and we used them more than we expected, so we rented two more for the kids. No problems with parking, but we were in town during the slow season. Pretty clean. However, there was a moldy closet in the hall that we avoided using, and I cleaned some of the tops of the doorframes which were very dusty. Also, there water heater only supplied about five minutes worth of hot water, so we had to stagger our showers throughout the day. One of the bikes kept having problems, but the bike provider was responsive and pretty quick about getting the bike repaired and back to us each time. Generator noise across the street from a construction site kept us up some one night. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay in this unit again.

Dirty and Run Down Condo

The owner of this building has not kept up with the building and it is not to Seaside standards. The condo was dirty, old, in desperate need of a paint job. Windows are so dirty you can’t see out of them. And the photos of the patio are completely false. None of the furniture in the photos was on the deck. Location was good people watching and a nice view of the ocean from the patio but very loud. Can’t see from the inside because the windows are too dirty with broken blinds. Would not recommend staying here due to the run down condo and bare bones kitchen. The realty company was very responsive to our issues but the owner is clearly a lot of the problem since he isn’t up keeping the entire building.

Nice Enough for the Price

The property itself was adequate, but tired. We really, really, wished it was better cared for. We used it for a mother-daughter week long trip in early January. We felt the desire to want to fix and refresh the space. Here are some things that are screaming to be done: magic eraser all of the scuff marks off the walls, touch up paint, clean the windows so that the ocean view is visible, slats missing from some blinds, tighten the hinges on kitchen cabinets, and refinish the hardwood floors. Otherwise, the space was nice for us and we very much enjoyed the extremely convenient location in Seaside. It was easily walkable to everything. When we ventured out further, the bikes (included) were so much fun! We visited the adult pool (included) and it was so nicely heated, that we stayed all day long. Heaven! The really important things in the condo were clean and comfortable such as bedding, new fresh white towels, bathrooms and kitchen. There were 3 TV's, games, and books. The large covered porch was furnished and had a nice ocean view. We also appreciated the elevator to the second floor which was nice to use when carrying luggage in and out. Overall, I'm giving it a 4-star rating. When going back to Seaside, we might try and find a place with an inside dining table.

Just don’t stay here.

There’s a reason there are long gaps between reviews for Burke’s Oasis. Let’s just say it’s no Oasis. The pictures are deceptive. Burke’s should not even qualify for VRBO as it is handled through a rental company. The exact opposite of Vacation Rental By Owner. The hall bathroom, both the sink faucet and the shower had leaks. The shower curtain had a large stain on it. The hardwood floors throughout the entire condo should be sanded and refinished. The walls should be painted or at the very least scuff marks removed. Blinds should be replaced, each set has 1 to 3 broken slats. The return air vent, which is located right above the thermostat at eye level was very dirt. It obviously had not been cleaned in the past 3 to 4 months. The front door would not close properly. When the repair man came to work in the unit, he used his pocket knife to gain access!!Not much useful information left in the notebook on kitchen bar. Incorrect phone number to reach rental company. We were told that they are working on updating those. No information on working the TVs/remotes. Nothing telling us where the trash bin was although we were told to take our trash out to the trash bin. It’s across the street against the side of another building??? Thanks Sandpiper Vacation Rentals, after 35 years and 10 trips to 30A communities I now know one rental company that I will not be contacting for my next Santa Rosa Beach vacation and one condo I would never recommend.

Seaside, sigh!

The town of Seaside is a dream! The condo was super cute, plenty of room. Walking distance to anything you could want. The only downside was the beds were fairly firm and the pillows like tiny rocks. Since we were on the Main Street, it was a bit noisy, police disbursing crowds WAY after curfew. Then one night we had some construction (?) noise till well after 2am! The rental company was a DREAM to work with! I would definitely use them again, just maybe with a different place ❤️

Three day couple get away.

Property was well located to the beach and shopping which was the main reason I selected this property. However upon late arrival several outdoor lights were off or burned out and it was pitch black making finding the right condo difficult and treacherous...it took about 30 minutes of walking around. The property name was not on the door or gate. In the morning we discovered it on a fence. No one was available to answer the phone after office hours a recording promised a call back in the morning. The traffic was horrendous in Seaside and around the entrance to the property. No mention of golfcarts being banned in the property description without a special permit which takes 72 hours so older partially disabled adults might consider another rental. This is confusing since 30A had hundreds of golfcarts being used by young adults in every community. The property information arrived in numerous emails and not properly organized which made it difficult to process while traveling and confusing. The property was basically clean except for the bedroom ceiling fan which was very dirty and triggered an asthma attack. The two bikes were missing and we found the hairdryer was melted down and shorted out from a previous renter.

Thank you for your review, and sorry you had trouble finding the property at night. We do have an emergency line available 24/7, or you can leave a message on the non emergency line for a call back. Seaside is interesting on golf carts. Golf carts are not allowed for those renting in the residential areas (the homes) but they ARE allowed in the central square when renting condos. You can have a golf cart rental with this particular condo and do not need prior approval for this. We can explain this to future renters interested in golf carts if you call us directly. We hope you enjoyed your stay despite a few hiccups.
