Summary:
This unique Nashville condo is located in a newly-renovated historic building called "The 1865". It used to be an old brick tobacco "barn" that was converted into modern condos! The condo building provides unique amenities such as an outdoor heated dipping pool with a swim up bar, observation deck, outdoor kitchen, BBQs, firepit, outdoor TV's, and free parking!

The Space:
Perfect for couples, it's ideally located just 2 miles from Downtown Nashville. Explore the rich culture of music at Music Row or the Country Music Hall of Fame or dine out at one of the delicious local restaurants! You'll find everything within walking distance including Midtown, Centennial Park, and Marathon Village. Less than a 10 minute drive away you will find additional attractions in Downtown, The Gulch, and Fifth + Broadway.

The living room features original exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and industrial inspired decor. A bright blue couch that doubles as a sofa sleeper is gathered around a 50“ Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.).

The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, and more to make you feel right at home. Steps away is the dining table for 4.

The bedroom holds a Queen bed, with a 50” Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are available.

Train tracks are located behind the property and passing trains may occasionally be heard. Please note there is ongoing construction next door and noise may be heard during your stay.

- If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. The pet fee is $35/day per pet.

Guests have access to an in-house speakeasy in the condo complex.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.

Perfect!

It was so nice that we didn’t want to leave it to sightsee, but when we did we coiuldnt wait to get back. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location! Quick and easy to get to just about anything. Was next to railroad, but we are use to the noise so it didn’t bother us.

Nashville getaway

We stayed at the 1865 for 4 nights. Very comfortable suite, trendy character building. Very quiet, except for the odd train, but that added to the charm. We had a rental car, it was easy to get around/ close to attractions, the parking was easy and secure. Would stay here again.

Close enough to Broadway to Uber. Couch in living room is rather hard so if you're coming for tv not good. It was great for us.

Great location, hospitable management

Location location location! Beautiful property -great responsive management Near train but white noise machine sufficiently cut noise. Downtown is quick Uber. Only downfall was noisy partiers at 5am. Within earshot of unit. Im sure management will handle. They seemed like they care about providing best experience. Overall would recommend!!

Great Location Once You Figure Out Where It Is

The property is in a really great location, close to downtown. It felt safe, and the neighborhood seemed quite nice. It was a bit confusing to find, and the property manager was not familiar with this property, so they were a bit confused too, but once we figured out how to get in, there were no other issues. The noises, and smells, travel between the apartments. You can hear people walking and talking in apartments above you, and smell what other people are cooking all up and down the hallway. I enjoyed it, but it may not be for everyone. Also, they do have ear plugs in the apartment if the noise gets to be a lot. Other than that, the apartment was small, clean, and comfortable to stay in. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would come back to stay there again.

Nashville Stay

Stayed for 4 nights to see family nearby. The location of the property was 15 minutes or less to everywhere we went: Honky Tonk Highway, Adventure Science Center, 12South, Game Terminal, and several parks. The security of the building was great and felt needed with some of the folks seen walking about outside the gate. If ordering delivery, directions may be complicated because of the entrance. Our place was great except for some cleanliness issues encountered: looked like soda splash on bedroom lamp, carpets not well vacuumed, and the worst of all when my husband pulled someones dirty underwear out from under the bed (he was looking for his dropped sock). One of the drawers' bottoms in the bedroom was just competely gone as well when I opened it to put in some of my items. We did not report these items to management in the moment as we found our workarounds. When I did have issues opening the door and figuring out the convention stove, staff was very responsive and friendly. Minus cleanliness items, accomodations were great.

Attention to Detail in Attractive Historic Structure

While initially surprised by an additional fee after entering our payment information for this VRBO site, we received detailed information on location, accessing the property, check-in and check-out expectations. We were reminded throughout our stay that if we were not able to give a 5 star review, we should make contact to address our concern. The location was great for our visit to Nashville, ambiance in the well-arranged space was excellent, and the location was secure. We were informed ahead of time of the trains and we are accustomed to living near trains. There was construction of another residential unit nearby, as well, that now limits the views from the outside balcony. There is a small pool and barbeque area that will be nice in warmer weather. Parking was ample and secure. There was a selection of coffee pods and tea, salt, pepper and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. There is a full-sized refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and a washer and dryer in the unit. Allow time the morning of your departure to attend to making sure the unit is left as it was when you arrived, taking out any trash and putting a load of towels in the washer to help the cleaning staff. For those who like to recycle, we didn't find a place to do so and packed our recycling to carry with us. If we make a longer trip to Nashville, this would be on our list of accommodation options.

Great place to stay just 3 miles from downtown. The speakeasy in the basement was a nice place to wind down after being on the town. Issac was the bartender and is a true mixologist! Note there are no condiments ie; salt pepper etc. So bring your own. Excellent and prompt communications with the host. Highly recommend this location.

Loved renovated building, 1865 club had cool vibe and tasty drinks, small pool but felt great in 95 temps, tiny hard couch NOT comfortable needs replaced plenty of room to do so, sound machine/ fan necessary for train noise behind building, need more than 2 towels for 5 nights, plus side did have laundry in unit!! Location to downtown great!

Stay in Nashville

The property was great and perfect for my husnad, my son and I. Property was clean and within a short drive to Broadway. The only issue we had, was not being notified that maintenance was coming in for some AC work and to check a leak. Came back to the unit and he was there. Very nice gentleman even showed us the work he did. It was nice enjoying the city areas and being ablento come back to what feels like homeWould definitely reccomend to others and would definitely book again next time we are in the area

Cute little apartment

Very clean, safe secure location. The only complaint was that the living room furniture was not comfortable, “fold out couch” was basically a $100 couch from Walmart that laid flat into a twin size bed. Sitting on it was like cardboard and one other tiny chair in the living room. Apartment could use a comfortable living room set and then the apartment would have been perfect. Otherwise it was cute, very clean, stocked well.

Nashville Stay

The property was clean and well stocked with the necessities. The location is great-only a short ride to all the main attractions. They do need to work on the sound proofing as you can hear everything that is going on in the unit above you. Also, they need to get a more comfortable sofa and chair. I've sat in more comfortable furniture in doctor's office waiting rooms. Finally, the property was listed as pet friendly on the Vrbo site but in the email that I received a few days prior to check in, it stated that pets were not allowed. I responded back to the customer service email address as we were already there with our dogs. The issue was never addressed. This discrepancy needs to be resolved for future travelers.

Minor repairs needed

Afternoon the place was great for our stay but be advised a few items need to be looked at. The bathroom door dont latch when closed, the bedroom door rubs on the floor, the pipe in the bathroom ceiling has a small leak onto the bathroom floor. It is something you should look at to preserve the fine unit you are renting out. Also the toilet paper holder should be reversed the roll falls off when you reach for it, and i unblocked the tub the water was going down at a snails pace.Thank you.

Beautiful place

The stay was good. The only thing we had an issue with was there were no extra hand towels and waah cloths. The bath tub also wouldn’t drain right. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and a wonderful apartment. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Absolutely safe and perfect!

The location of this Vrbo was on point. Off the main road in a gated area. Felt safe being we were all girls and my car was secure. The condo was cute and set up perfectly with everything you could need. My first time in Nashville and I will be back and will stay at this exact location again! 5 stars all the way!

Stylish and spacious

Pet friendly, exactly as pictured/listed, great character and amenities. Easy check-in process. Near train tracks but well insulated and equipped with white noise machines. Convenient location for my needs including walking-distance coffee shop. Accommodated my request for early check-in. Will definitely stay here again next visit thank you!
