when tim roe arrived at our doorstep he had not payed the full amount of the reservation amount, he chewed me out over the phone for not providing garage door remotes to the garage door i explained while he was talking over top of me and being rude aggressive and ignorant that no where in our description of the property do we display that we provide the openers.he criminally waited until the day after the 14 day deadline to post the review.he did not check out and left the property very dirty we had to pay our house cleaner extra and linens were missing of which we can not charge the deposit... because its the day after... i was willing to let all of this go but he left a poor review,

this property was garronteed clean upon arrive by us the hosts don responded in writing the peoperty was clean upon his arrival he did pay a clean fee foe depature... this means we never agreeded to maid service...we never agreeded to supply his laundry soap on a 3 week stay....i told don if he needed anything to contact our manager its not her job to bother the travelers... this a luxery to have someone close to help.... don is making it sound much worse than it is...he did not need to wash the sheets we pay our cleaners to do that as they inspect and clean the property upon departure.this review is very inacurate and every attempt was made for don... don the home owners association takes care of the pool area... not us the owners your leaving a review upon us that is not our responsibilty... very mis leading and unfair on your part... whats more you never checked out the electronic device to get in the pool gate...your review for future travelers to our property is extremely inacurate.i spoke with several times over the phone and in messaging and met every one of your expectations.maybe next time you should find a different property because this is 5 star reviews other than you.we wont recommend you to future vrbo hosts.sincerley owners... mesquite nevada......

tom did read our house rules before he booked this property he read the checkin check out guidelines he was asked over the telephone twice before arriving if he wanted the internet while staying?his response was no.after checkin his wife called us on the phone,she said shewanted the internet,we made the mistake of trusting her and giving her the password before sending the payment request because she said she wanted it that very moment.after we gave her the password she said it would not work.so she accessed our internet for free for the full stay.we did refund there full deposit.we know the password worked because it was the same password we gave out to the next booking of travelers the following week,so these travelers lied to us on the password story.we made every effort to get along with them and trusted them.they have not told the truth in the review about 17 phone calls it was 2 phone calls.0ne before arrival and one after getting inside the condo to verify our cleanlinees of which they did over the phone and agreeded that the rental was in fact clean upon arrival.they brought with them there attitude of no cooperation,considerration,or communication and were extremely dishonest people from UTAH.future home oners do not rent to these people.we know they brought more than 4 people with them.we ask everyone to roll out there own garbage to the curb for pickup to keep our garage from smelling for the new travelers that arrive.

its interesting that we as the owners were staying in this rental before these travelers arrived we are the ones that cleaned and got the property ready?we have 14 reviews that state our property is clean which it was, the other problem here is in our house rules it states we furnish the property clean of all drains and toilets 3 weeks in to the booking leanard called and said they had plugged the toilet up in guest bathroom. we called a plumber with in 15 minutes,i asked the plumber who was at fault, he said the traveler... the plug was right at the toilet rather than out on the street which would have been our responsibility...leanard the traveler refused to pay the bill.... the other problem is he did not check in or out with us over the phone which we require of all travelers that arrive and depart from this property...this violates our house rules.we do give the 4 digit code over the phone, to make sure the travelers get in safely on each and every booking.we did try to make this right with them over the phone and they refused us.the travelers have spoken very negatively about vrbo and homeaway... they threatened to never book with vrbo or homeaway again.... we explained this has nothing to do with the company that helped us book this reservation.
