Congratulations, you have found a hidden gem! This home is located directly on a serene, 310-acre private lake in the Pocono Mountains that is fed by natural springs and offers a delightful environment for fishing and breathtaking scenery. The area is surrounded by state game lands and water conservation areas, providing a contrasting experience that is peaceful and calming. The lake's tranquil waters are encircled by trees and generational private residences.

Indulge in swimming, kayaking , paddle boarding/ boating along the four-mile shoreline. The lake's varying depths and underwater structures make it a paradise for anglers, offering opportunities to catch smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pickerel, perch, catfish, crappie, bluegills, and sunfish.

Sunlight reflects off the lake as you step onto the deck, and a quiet stillness settles around you, broken only by the soft movement of water against the dock. Mornings feel unrushed here, with room to watch the light shift across the trees, and evenings invite you to settle into warmth as the air cools. Sleeping arrangements
Three queen beds are spread across two private bedrooms and the loft, with additional space on two sleeper sofas in the living room and basement. Both levels include a TV, and the loft features a desk for moments when you need a quiet place to focus. Two full bathrooms with bathroom essentials make it easy for everyone to get ready, and room-darkening shades, plush linens, and ceiling fans add comfort throughout the home. A washer and dryer are available during your stay.

Outdoor living
The property sits directly on the lake with a private dock and easy access for kayaking, paddle boarding, or taking out the pedal boat. As the season leans into late fall, quiet time with a warm drink on the patio or balcony, and soaking in the hot tub under crisp evening skies. A fire pit provides a place to gather at the end of the day, and outdoor furniture and the BBQ grill offer options for simple meals outside when the weather allows. Free parking on the premises and a private entrance make coming and going uncomplicated.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen gives you space to prepare meals together, and the dining table seats your group comfortably. You’ll find the essentials you need for cooking and dining, along with coffee to start the morning. When you prefer to keep things easy, you can cook on the charcoal or propane grill and enjoy time near the lake while dinner comes together.

Indoor comfort
You’ll have heating, air conditioning, and an indoor fireplace to create a warm atmosphere as temperatures drop. Board games, smart TVs, and indoor living areas offer plenty to do on quieter days. The movie lounge and vintage popcorn machine add a bit of fun when you want a cozy night in. Wifi, an ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace help keep you connected when needed.

Important things to note:
🐾 Pet Owners: Up to two well behaved dogs are allowed with a few additional rules. Include dogs in the booking so the pet fee is applied.
-Pick up and dispose of dog waste.
-Dog must be kept on leash when they are not on the property.
-No wet dog in the house, & no dogs on furniture.

🛶 Kayaks, Paddle boards, Boogie Boards, etc are seasonal (once lake temp drops below 60 – these items are no longer offered).Typically May-end of October.

-This area of the lake has lots of natural vegetation near the dock and surrounding the islands.
-Two bundles of firewood included.
