Shared from the owner:"Julie, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay. Ensuring guest satisfaction is of utmost importance to me, and I am committed to promptly addressing any concerns raised. Although our beds are only a year old, we understand that individual preferences vary when it comes to mattresses, and I regret that you did not find yours to your liking. Additionally, I will arrange for an inspection of the water heater. Please note that simultaneous usage of showers by multiple guests may affect water temperature, and I appreciate your understanding in this matter. After reviewing your feedback, I promptly consulted with our Property Manager to address your concerns. I'm pleased to inform you our property is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival, with documentation available upon request. Rest assured, as my condo is constructed with cinderblock, termites are not a possibility. The tubs have been resurfaced to ensure a pest-free environment and outdoor furniture is regularly sanitized.I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. My Property Manager and I are committed to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services. Thank you for choosing to stay with us."

Hi Robert, the homeowner was surprised to read your review, and would like to clarify the following: -You brought up your concerns over a week into your stay. Our property manager went to assist with the pests and noted windows were open. We encourage guests to keep windows and doors closed to avoid bugs coming in. -Our property manager reports you didn't mention any other cleanliness concerns. If there were cleanliness concerns, they should've been brought to our attention when you checked in. The property was guest-ready for your stay. -We'd like to note, the guests before and after you had no concerns. -We were hospitable and agreed to allow you to end your stay early, as well as issue a generous refund.   We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Julie, thank you for your review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall! Cleanliness is of the utmost importance, and these owners invested in a deep clean of the unit at the end of March, just a short time before your arrival. Furthermore, these owners have purchased brand new, high-end mattresses to ensure they're guests are as comfortable as possible. We're confident the condo is perfectly clean and ready to host guests for the upcoming season. Best, the Evolve Team

Steve, thank you for your review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed this unit and its great location, however, we apologize that some aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations. We can confidently confirm that if there was an oversight and coffee grounds were left in the machine, there was absolutely no way there could have been mold present, as the previous guests checked out just one day before you arrived. The fixtures in the home are just as advertised in our listing photos, which are available for all guests to view prior to booking. Thank you again for your feedback. Best, the Evolve Team

Renae, we're sorry your stay didn't meet your expectations. We take feedback seriously and this property has never received this kind of feedback previously as they prioritize the guest experience. We understand you contacted the local contact and they arrived after 15 minutes of your call and gave you all the supplies needed and extra. We did not hear from you after that initial contact, so we were unable to address any other issues. We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - we would have been glad to help so you could fully enjoy your stay. This homeowner does all they can to ensure guests who come to visit have the optimal stay, as other reviews mention. We are confident this condo will continue to host many satisfied guests! Best, the Evolve Team
