You’ll also have access to Sea Ranch recreation centers with outdoor pools and tennis courts when you want to mix in a swim or a match between trail walks.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles, strictly enforced by The Sea Ranch Association. No additional on-site parking and no overnight street parking. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you may park extras at the Grand Welcome office parking lot. No RVs, trailers, or mobile homes are allowed.

• Guest packet: A packet inside the home includes parking passes, trail maps, and instructions for on-site amenities and recreation centers.

• Sea Ranch amenities: Guests have access to three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts. Amenities vary by center and may have specific hours or guidelines; please refer to the guest packet for details.

• WiFi and cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell coverage can also be spotty throughout the area.

• Pet policy: We love pets, but this home is not pet friendly and cannot accommodate animals.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
