The house was beautiful and clean! A group of 9 of us had the best weekend. Easy walk to many beaches and lovely table outside. Only thing to note is no TV in the living room! But we used the many games they had and had a screen-less vacation :)

The house is lovely and has a good floor plan. The house was clean, but lacking in some basics… we are a family of 8.There were not enough bath towels for 8 people left in bathrooms. I discovered some beach towels in a closet that we were able to use as bath towels… but not until the 3rd day. Information about where extra towels were stored would have been helpful. We also had to go to Gualala for toilet paper… some back up rolls at the house would have been helpful. We tried to check in an hour by or 2 early…This was not possible, even though I am fairly certain that the house was ready when we arrived.. ( no one was there cleaning). We also asked for an extra hour to get out on our last morning, but that was not possible. Sea Ranch has a lot of rules which made it challenging for us… we had to ferry cars into Gualala since we arrived from different locations and had more than the 2 car limit… (I do understand that this was do to Sea Ranch rules, not the rental co.)We did very much enjoy the beach and the beauty of the area. And the rental co. Responded quickly to our questions.

Friend vacay

We had a great beach vacay with our friends. There were 10 of us and plenty of room for all. Beautiful location and close beach access. Everything was great and the host provided all we needed. Their communication was quick too. Thank you!

Perfect home for family. Relatively close to playground and ocean. Kids loved the seals and searching through the tide pools. House was great- just wish there was one more bathroom.

Ocean Wonderland

Very comfortable, lovely home. Plenty of room for everyone & more. Kitchen had all items you might need to make meals. We spent 2 nights here & it was a beautiful property. Plenty of beds to accommodate many people, plus extra roll away beds if needed. Sea Ranch is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the ocean and surrounding areas. You won’t be disappointed in this property.

Very beautiful and private property.

We were very comfortable here. We would definitely return. The fridge should probably be wiped out on the inside and there was one rag on the floor the housekeeper probably dropped while cleaning. No real complaints here.

A week-end at Sea Ranch

It was a great time to get away from the city. The weather was not great but not bad. We were still able to do our walks along the bluff. The grandkids enjoyed playing in the sand on the beach. The house was just enough for all of us, very comfortable, and have toys for the kids. If it was closer to the water it would have been perfect, but the walk to the beach is not at all bad. Close enough to the town of Gualala where we bought groceries. Overall, we were very pleased, and wished we had stayed longer.
