The space:

Experience a sophisticated lifestyle with modern interiors, a refreshing pool, and a lush backyard designed for relaxation and fun. While situated in a quiet neighborhood, the property is only minutes from the vibrant nightlife, restaurants, and attractions of Old Town Scottsdale, offering both peaceful seclusion and easy access to excitement.

The backyard provides a true escape with a sparkling pool surrounded by beautiful hedges, ensuring privacy while you relax. You can lounge in comfortable seating by the fire pit, or prepare a meal using the gourmet BBQ. There are plenty of games, like cornhole and a giant chess set to keep you entertained throughout your stay. Be sure to enjoy, our comfortable outdoor seating with a TV, so you can watch all your favorite shows and enjoy a fun, relaxing stay!

You are just a short ride away from Old Town Scottsdale’s finest dining, shopping, art galleries, and nightlife. Key local attractions such as Sky Harbor Airport, Talking Stick Resort, Top Golf, and the Phoenix Zoo are within a 15-minute drive, while TPC Scottsdale and Westworld are less than 20 minutes away.

Inside the home, you’ll find all the modern conveniences, including multiple TVs with cable or Roku (there’s even one outdoors), free Wi-Fi, and a spacious entertainment area featuring a pool table. The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home.

The home includes five bedrooms. The master has a king-sized bed, as does the second bedroom. The third bedroom has two queen-sized beds, the fourth bedroom has one queen-sized bed, and the fifth bedroom offers queen-over-queen bunk beds. In the common area, a queen air mattress and Pack n Play are available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Guest access:

Guests will have full access to the property throughout their stay, and the keyless entry system allows for smooth check-in, whether arriving in the afternoon or late at night.

The neighborhood:

The neighborhood is peaceful, family-oriented, and very friendly. We love our neighbors and hope you will too. If you’re looking for some evening fun, our guide book is available to help you plan our your night.

Getting around:

Old Town Scottsdale is just a five-minute ride away, and Uber and Lyft services are readily available to take you around the area.

Amenities:

The property is fully equipped with a variety of essentials for your stay, including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, dishes, and glassware. You’ll also find a washer and dryer with detergent provided, as well as an iron and ironing board. For your convenience, we’ve included hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom, along with luxury bed linens, pillows, blankets, and towels for both bath and pool use. There’s a gas grill outside, and we’ve provided a queen air mattress, Pack n Play, and high chair for additional comfort.

We are pet friendly and welcome them in our home. Please inquire about bringing any pets!

1. Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in is after 4:00 PM
- Check-out is by 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is subject to availability.

2. No Smoking:
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted indoors. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and properly dispose of any cigarette butts. Fines will be charged for any damages caused by smoking.

3. No Parties or Events:
- We ask that you respect our home and neighbors by not hosting parties or large gatherings without contacting us first. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

4. Pets:
- Pets are not allowed unless prior permission is granted. If approved, a pet fee may apply, and pets must stay in designated areas of the home.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
- The home accommodates a maximum of 14 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.

6. Parking:
- Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the driveway.

7. Damages:
- Please treat the home with care. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest. If something breaks, let us know immediately so we can address it promptly. Any damages upon arrival must be reported within 3 hours after check in.

8. Respect the Neighborhood:
- This is a residential area, and we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in termination of the rental agreement.

9. Kitchen Use:
- Feel free to use the kitchen and its appliances. Please clean up after yourself and make sure to leave the kitchen as you found it.

12. No Rearranging Furniture:
- We kindly ask that you do not move or rearrange furniture.

13. Security:
- For your safety and the security of the property, please ensure doors and windows are locked when you leave.

14. Propane Grill:
- If you use the grill, please clean it after each use and turn off the propane tank when done. We do not provide Propane.

15. Illegal Drugs:
- The use of illegal drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. If any illegal drugs are found on the property, there will be a $1,000 penalty fee and immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
