Dette oceanfront hjem er det perfekte sted til en familieferie! Rummelig
gæsteplads eller "børnepasning" på første sal med 2 fulde senge, køkken,
privat bad, sovesofa og masser af spil. Gå op ad trappen til
soveværelse, og et ekstra soveværelse begge med king size senge. Hver
soveværelse som sit eget fladskærms-tv, ligesom stuen gør. Opholdsstue har
smuk udsigt over havet, dejlige hyggelige sofaer og en pejs til bundtning næste
til når det bliver køligt udenfor. Sød køkken med alt hvad du muligvis kunne
har brug for at tilberede de perfekte måltider til din familie og venner. Nyd forbløffende
udsigt over stranden, mens du spiser, deler historier og griner med din elskede
dem ved det store spisebord beliggende i opholdsrummet lige ved siden af
køkken. Glem ikke at træde ud på gårdhaven og tage lidt tid til
slap af og tag den ind. Du er på stranden !!! Kom og bo på dette storslåede
ferieudlejning i dag! Vi har lige tilføjet et elbilstik i garagen.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The house was clean and spacious. We would stay there again if we're ever in the area.

Reviewer Comments: We would first like to thank the gracious Homeowners and everyone at Gold Coast For allowing us to stay in this beautiful two story home on Silver Strand in Oxnard. We were celebrating our Silver Anniversary and the first home we booked was undergoing repairs and when I saw this home became available...we booked it immediately! What a great and happy opportunity to stay here at Local's Choice! The home is lovingly taken care of with everything that you need for an amazing oceanfront vacation. From beautiful linens, artwork (one looked like a Chagall but wasn't, yet still so lovely) and other pieces had a direct connection to the area and comfortable furniture, and well-stocked kitchens, yes there are two, filled with utencils and bathrooms that are spotless and again, more towels than you may need and shampoo and soap provided....cable TV and an upper deck to view the sea life durring the day and the shooting stars in the sky at night, this home is a true gem! Not to mention every morning between 9:00 am to 10:30 am we watched the dolphins in pods come by to eat and and seals swim by, too. The environment here must be healthy that so many diffent species of wildlife mingled with the surfers. We took lots of photos from the upper deck balcony and on the lower deck, there is a little gate that you can privately access the beach and step out into the sand and find seashells and walk to the water. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very inviting and comfortable. We would love to stay here again in the future because it truly felt to us, like a very loving home. Thank you all so much for helping us have a wonderful time celebrating our 25th in your gorgeous oceanfront home on Silver Strand Beach!

Beautiful Beachfront Getaway

This home had everything we were looking for. Beachfront access, beautiful views, and well stocked with all the amenities you need. I had trouble getting a large bottle of water open and I wondered if there would possibly be a nutcracker in the kitchen drawer. I opened it and I found two. I mean it when I say everything we needed was there. We hope to return again soon.

The sand is just out the back door with a short walk to the water, was by far the best beach vacation we have ever had. Location was easy to find with stores and restaurants close by. Other than missing some bed linens(which was corrected immediately), & one fold-out couch that was not comfortable for an adult couple, we were very impressed. All our guests are still raving about the beautiful beach house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a fantastic week at this beautiful house! The house is spacious and clean with a stunning ocean view. It is located in the center of Silverstrand Beach with limited public access, so this part of the beach was not crowded, even in prime beach season. There are fully contained living spaces both upstairs and downstairs (two kitchens), which makes this an ideal location for families with teenagers, or even for two families to share. There is plenty to do at the beach, or just sit on the balcony and absorb the amazing beauty of the ocean!

Pure Relaxation

We enjoyed our time relaxing with ocean views and sea breezes. The house has so many cozy blankets and spots to settle in and relax.

Chill Time

Great place to spend a long weekend with a great family group of four adults and two children. House had a homey feel to it, and comfy, but a few fixes and upgrades are dearly needed. Having stayed here for the first time , and knowing about the place a little, I would stay there again. Does have that at home feel to it for sure.

Lovely cozy home on the beach

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this cozy home. There were all of the amenities needed for a family vacation on the beach. Silver Strand is a wonderful not crowded beach with a great expansive beach. The home had lots of parking and all of the toys/furniture needed for kids to play with at the beach. We look forward to coming back in the future!
