The livingroom, kitchen, lake room, bathroom, and laundry room have all been newly renovated. There is a pull out sofa bed in the livingroom along with a double recliner love seat; swivel rocker chair; and a live edge wood bartop with three stools. Outside, there is off-street parking for six vehicles or five vehicles and a boat trailer; a large deck space with sectional sofa, tables and chairs, a bar top area with seating (some of this area is a covered porch with lounger seating); a new grill; new fully concreted fire pit with grill top and adirondak seating; and bluetooth speakers and automatic lighting. There is a 9' wide boat house (no lift) and a dock (with ladder to the water and concrete benches) available for your boating needs (the boathouse will be upgraded to a boat lift which can handle most pontoons by June 2025). The backyard is fully fenced in for safety, however, the gate does not have a child proof lock so please watch your little ones. .
