Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We are glad to hear you enjoyed the size, cleanliness, and amenities of the condo, as well as the pool area. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the parental lock code on the living room TV. We do not set parental locks on our TVs, as these are typically set accidentally or intentionally by previous guests. When our team was notified during your stay, we apologize if there was any delay or difficulty in resolving it right away. We have since completely reset the TV settings to ensure this isn't an issue for future guests. We also appreciate your notes regarding mattress comfort and pool capacity, as guest feedback helps us continuously evaluate areas for improvement. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!
