When you’re ready to head into Branson, you’ll be just a quick jaunt from the cities biggest thrills including Silver Dollar City (20 minutes), the Titanic Museum (25 minutes), and of course, the eclectic downtown area bustling with shopping, dining, and live music (30 minutes).



Enjoy dramatic sunsets over the expansive views of Table Rock Lake and the Kimberling City Bridge from the home’s upper deck or lower-level screened-in patio as you relax on the outdoor seating with a refreshing drink in hand. The bubbling hot tub will help you soak all your cares away at the end of long days exploring the area. Heading inside, the main level’s bright and fresh interior showcases a soaring vaulted ceiling and open spaces conducive to both comfort and entertainment, with plenty of room for gathering family and friends. Each space has been thoughtfully curated with furnishings and décor intent on providing a comfortable, rustic cabin vibe. The electric fireplace is as much form as it is function, providing warmth throughout the room during colder nights and months. Steps away, the modern kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a walk-up unit with 2 steps leading up to the lodge.

• Lot parking available for up to 6 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. 


• Washer and dryer in home.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
