The view from the back balcony was wonderful and private, this was our favorite part of our stay. The property is located within 30 - 40 minutes from everything which is nice to go do activities and shows but then get away from all that back at the condo. Follow the directions in the welcome text to find the condo because like others said gps only gets you to the vicinity. If you plan on any cooking they have all pans, and dishes , coffee maker etc … but no salt , pepper. Great family owed pizza place right there at Kimberling Crossing , great pizza! We were able to stay an extra night since the condo was still available which was very nice that they made that work, we appreciated .

We love that the location gave you a nice balance of being within 30–40 minutes of Branson’s activities and shows, while still having a peaceful place to come back to. Property has a tremendous view of the lake and Kimberling bridge. The only update to the property was a cheap floor which was not very clean. Master bedroom mattress is horrible. But everything works and again it has a tremendous view.

Clean and Beautiful!

The views from the property were even so much more spectacular in person! The condo was spacious and immaculate. We will definitely book for a family trip the next time we are in town.

Great view of the lake and bridge. Unit was close to pool and easy access to parking nearby. Enjoyed the slower pace of Kimberling City choosing to explore the MO and AR Ozark areas away from the touristy Branson area, but still close enough to pop over for a few hours. Unit was as expected and we would stay there again. Hard to locate with new condo construction and shopping area on the main road but was able to locate with a little extra effort and certainly appreciated the privacy after we found it.

Great place

Had a wonderful weekend. The property was clean and the views were amazing. Very good contact with property manager. The only difficulty we had was finding the place and luckily someone in a review before us had the same problem so we followed their instructions and then found it right away. We definitely would stay here again. Wonderful town, ate at Big Buoys and Rachel our server was fantastic.

Table Rock lake in the Spring

The property had a great view over table rock Lake. There were four of us here that went fishing on our boat for the weekend. We enjoyed the facilities. There were some minor issues. The dining room table is loose and sort of wobbly. The spare bedroom has, an older AC/heater unit like a motel room. That was quite loud, but was very efficient for heating and cooling.

Get away at The Rock

We stayed 5 days. The view of the Kimbetling Bridge and lake is the feature point here. This corner unit is close to the pool and a beautiful site to see every day. The screen on the front patio door wouldnt stay on track but didnt keep us from sitting out there. Mattresses were not to our liking. Just too soft. Everything else was great.

Lousy, aloof management service, but nice condo, clean, and a great location for privacy despite being next to the pool. This time of year, the price was right.. The patio overlooking the lake and the bridge is so private that you could sit naked and no one would notice you, except perhaps a fisherman. The condo itself is nice, although a bit dated with an old whirlpool tub in the main bedroom bath, and just a bit beat up with cheap woodwork and spray on ceilings starting to peel off in the bath. The HVAC unit in the bigger bedroom is old and noisy. Bring your own body wash and soap. There is a small stack washer and dryer. The kitchen is nice and was clean, but limited in resources for cooking. The management service is impersonal and aloof unless you enjoy text messaging with AI. I did not receive information a day ahead for check in, and on our day for check in, we were trying to use the numbers provided to get some assistance and wound up on hold twice with dead end phone trees. The only way to communicate is by texting. And responses are delayed. We arrived a couple of hours before the 4pm check in time, and the condo had clearly been prepared, and I reached out with a “personal” text message noting it would be helpful to gain access 1 hour early at that point. I got a delayed response telling me to text an early check in request for 27.50 per hour. This is a nice basic place with a view, but the worst, inaccessible impersonal management you can imagine.

Nice Condo but, needs a few issues addressed

Positives: Nice flooring and furniture; showers and bathroom were adequate, The view on the patio is really nice toward the bridge. There is a tree blocking the view to the south which is about 20% dead and an eyesore. Removing the tree would open the view to the south. The plates, glassware, bowls and cookware were completely fine. Issues needing addressing: 1. The south facing screen door is broken so the screen can't be open and closed without coming off the track. 2. There is a pull-out bed on the couch but, no bedding to put on it unless we just couldn't find it. 3. The window A/C in the 2nd bedroom would not stay on for more than 10 minutes. The breaker kicked out and had to be reset in order to re-start it. I tried to put it on Low Cool but, the knob was broken too. It may actually be a fire hazard if the breaker is sensing a voltage issue. 4. There were no temporary storage containers for left overs. 5. It lacked some basic amenities such as salt, pepper, saran wrap or foil. 6. It's not a super big deal but, Keurig machines are so cheap now that it would have been nice to have one. Overall we liked the place but, fixing a few things would make this a 5 star location.
