Awesome beachfront location close to amenities but located in a quiet location. The pool was nice and chairs were available to rent at the beach. The condo itself was in great shape and decorated nicely.

The property was really nice and a great price! Plenty of comfortable seating inside and outside! Loved the couches and the outside seats. The beach was nice and the area wasn't crowded at all. Lots of great food options close either way you go!I will stay again and would recommend it!

My family and I had a great time. Easy access to the beach and pools. Great security and parking. Lovely condo and balcony. Not far from the Navy Museum. We watched the Blue Angels practice in Pensacola.

More beautiful in person. Our host was so very responsive to us as we returned to Perdido Key after a 30-year absence. Her home shared with us is simply gorgeous and had absolutely everything you need for a wonderful week on one of the prettiest beaches anywhere. We are determined to return to this beautiful piece of paradise.

This condo was the loveliest we have stayed in ever. The pictures are accurate. Fifth floor views are beautiful and the balcony furniture is so comfortable. White sandy beach with boardwalk over the dunes. The location is good for going into Pensacola or west to Orange Beach. So many good restaurants in the area plus the owner has recommendations. We may try to stay in this condo next year.

We had a great time at SeaSpray Unit 505. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view is breathtaking! The kitchen is fully equipped with even a crock pot and air fryer for use. Sherry is a wonderful host. She responded to our questions quickly. We had no problems while there. We enjoyed fishing, shell and sand dollar collecting, pool and beach time and so much more. We highly recommend this unit. It's the best!!

Family vacation

The condo was as described. Sherry was great and very responsive. She allowed us to check in early and was willing to ship some items my husband forgot. Great stay will book again.

The property was elegantly appointed. Very clean, we had everything that we needed.We had a family reunion at the Sea Spray. Each family had a condo. Great place to stay! I plan on booking my stay next summer at the same place, same condo! The owner of property is very helpful and easy to deal with. UntilNext summer!

The condo is nice and comfortable, but the king bed is not the master bedroom. There is no room in there to turn around, it is very cramped! And that bathroom is very small with no room to store your toiletries. The largest room has 2 queen beds and a BIG nice bathroom. But I’m not sharing my master with anyone!! The pool broke down on Monday so we had to go next door to their pool. Never saw anyone come look at it. Could use some mixing bowls. The stove needs to be replaced, it is very hard to adjust the temperature. And the pool closes at 8:15(dusk), we always swim after we eat dinner when we are on vacation. I will never return to this complex!

Great property with all you need. Great view of gulf and away from the large crowds. Owner was very easy to communicate with and all info was sent before we arrived. I could find things wrong if I really wanted to pick apart the condo but was nothing really worth criticizing.

Gorgeous Condo on the Beach!

Wow...I cannot say enough about this condo and the owner. She answered all of my questions and went way above and beyond to help me with a problem that occured while I was visiting. Thank you, Sherry! We cannot wait to come back. You have one of the cleanest and nicely decorated condos on the beach! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful slice of heaven!

The condo was beautiful. The host was super communicative. However, the king size bed was really hard so we didn’t sleep very well. The refrigerator and freezer had a weird smell which is probably just the air filter needing to be changed. The bathroom for the room with the king bedroom was kind of small and the water pressure wasn’t great but I think it’s just water saver shower heads. The days we got in the pool, it was not clean around the edges. There was enough mildew that people were writing their names in it but the bottom and water was clean. The pool closed at “dusk” so that was a little disappointing. To be fair, the host doesn’t control the pool and I didn’t tell her about the refrigerator and freezer smell while we were there so she didn’t have a chance to check it or fix it. Overall though, if the king bed was more comfortable we would have enjoyed our stay more. That was our biggest issue.

Just wanted to say thank you for a beautiful week with our three kids. Your condo is amazing. We have many more memories as a family because of you opening your place to us. May you continue to be blessed with good stories of your own at 505 and also hear from others how much joy it gives them as well. We will definitely look to stay here again for our next trip to Perdido Key. Feel free to share our comments with others.
