FALSE ADVERTISING: Condo Apartment was neither “LUXURIOUS”nor “ACCESSIBLE ” (as advertised)OVERCHARGED!! No discount given whatsoever for extended stay (of 32 nights)**We want to know the reason for the “2 bookings” situation when we booked for 32 consecutive days. It was a stressful time as we felt we may need to vacate…plus it looks suspicious in that it has left us feeling that we missed out on a price-reduction opportunity for our long-term stay. What was that all about???Not LUXURIOUS!:Ground-in Dirt: esp. floors and outside of appliancesStained/worn toilet seat in Master bathroom, as well as floors throughout, and mirrors, and outside refrigerator doorCondo Apartment Scantily furnished: minimalistic cookware, and cutlery!Cheap furniture: “nothing comfortable” (master mattress, not sofa, nor kitchen chairs) No pots to cook in (but 3 colanders and several cheap frying pans)4 “teacups” for coffee and 3 were chipped. (We had to go out and buy our own coffee mugs!)No dishcloths nor tea towels!Only 1 set of bedding for Master; and only 2 each of: bath towels, hand towels and facecloths for an almost 5-week stay!! (several pool towels however)No mop to wash floorsNo washer/dryer (ensuite nor in Bldg - had to have clothes cleaned at Lavanderia3 TVs, but all has local Mexican stations - No Netflix, HBO————-Condo NOT “ACCESSIBLE”!Cannot access Rooftop Pool at all: 7 STEPS up for access! Other pool on ground floor is “kiddie pool” and also not w/c accessible

We enjoyed the condo and all the amenities including the gym and rooftop pool with bar and food. The condo was clean and had nice towels. We liked the natural light and the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and a dishwasher. The beds were quite uncomfortable and felt like box springs rather than mattresses. There are two safes but neither worked and both had alarms ringing for 1-2 days until the battery died. We contacted VACASA about this and received no response (noting this was over the Christmas holiday). We used blankets to muffle the noise to sleep through the alarms. There is a front desk for managing the building. For entry into the building they prefer to take everyone’s photo to use for facial recognition. If you prefer not to do facial recognition you can get a wristband to show for entry. The building feels very safe. However the door to the unit requires a traditional key from the lock box. We had some concerns about the security for the unit with just having a traditional key. We would have felt more secure with a digital keypad that had a unique code for each new guest.

Clean and cute apartment - awesome roof top pool. Perfect location!

Property was wonderful!! Pools were great, deck was nice, location was excellent. You are a few blocks away from 5th. Far enough away to be quiet but easy enough to walk there. Parking was secured under the building. All building staff was super nice.

Beautiful Apartment - Highly Recommend

This is a beautiful property and we really enjoyed the property. We felt very safe and appreciated the garage parking. Pools were both very nice, but the roof was our favorite.Just a few blocks from 5th, and right across from the grocery store - location is very convenient.We couldn't figure out the fans and one AC unit did not work very well (in the main bedroom) so that room got pretty warm.I would also suggest giving a little more information about how to check in and a different pin for the location - when we clicked on the link in the email it did not take us to the apartment.Host was VERY responsive and we would stay here again.

This is a bright condo it is very comfortable and clean and well stocked. I love that Don Sirloin is on the corner for a quick & delicious Tacos. I would return
