Suite San Mateo @Casa Barona

The suite is brand new and has all the conveniences for longer or shorter stays.
The location is privileged in La Punta (residential area) and quiet, the suite is inside a private property where there are more apartments to rent.
The beach is a few steps away there is direct access inside the property and if you surf we are in front of the surf point.
The space
2 room suite on the ground floor.
The kitchen in the first room has cooking utensils, a coffee maker, a stove and a minibar.
The room is the second environment, it has a private bathroom with hot water, double bed, fan, linens and towels.
Weekly cleaning is included for long term stays.
High Speed WiFi is available.
Guest access
The neighborhood is called La Punta, it is small but very complete, there are several restaurants, cafes, surf shops, surf schools and a yoga studio.

The TIA supermarket is a 5-minute walk away and downtown is 10 minutes away, there are taxis at all times but you can get everywhere on foot.
Other things to note
Within the property there are more apartments that are rented per month, a restaurant that serves breakfast and a Beach bar.
There are areas that are still under construction but are not currently under construction.
