Hidden Gem

We enjoyed our stay. Property is secluded, but very close to restaurants, grocery stores and boat rentals. We will stay here again as it is very close to relatives in Young Harris.

Was a beautiful cabin with lots of room and everything that you would need, drive way was a little steep but I would stay there again

Great cabin, very comfortable, clean & nicely decorated

Went up for long weekend with friends. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Love the screen porch. Will definitely rent again. Owners were great to work with.

Awesome location

Cute property, perfect location. Check in/out was easy. No cutting board, fireplace and dishwasher were wonky. It did suit us though, for the weekend get away!

Little Bear Lodge

Nice home-very comfortable and well appointed. The drive and yard are steep; not a problem for us, but might be for some. The house was very clean, with good selection of dishes and cookware. Linens were nice, and we really enjoyed the gas logs in the fireplace! Good weekend visit!

Great couple’s getaway!

Newer construction, very comfortable and quiet location close to Lake Chatuge. Great spot for my wife and I to get away. Central location for golf and hiking trails. Well equipped kitchen. Yes, the driveway is a bit steep but no problem with entry or exit. Would’ve rated it a 5+ if it had a king bed.

Pre Wedding Adventure

We booked this stay for the wedding of our daughter on June 21, 2025. We were looking for a true experiemnce of No. GA mountains, and this place was as expected. We spent the days enjoying the mountain air in the morning and the cute surrounding mountain towns during the day. We loved this place and would be looking in the future to rent again and stay a bit longer. Owners were very kind in their reponses and their home is very lovely.

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent?
First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.

Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:

Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller.
Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
