Cliffhouse 677 features three bedrooms and three bathrooms located over two spacious levels. On the main level, you will find an open-layout living space with a galley-style kitchen that is open to the living room. Enjoy a home-cooked meal in the dining room area where there is seating for seven with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Relax in the home's living room and enjoy large Lake Superior-facing windows. Step out on the lake-facing deck where you can enjoy cooking a summertime BBQ on the shared community gas grill. A bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom complete the main level.

Upstairs you will find the luxurious 3-room primary bedroom suite. This suite features a spa-like retreat with a deep jetted tub, a bedroom with a king bed, and a separate bathroom with a stone-surround walk-in shower. The spa room and the bedroom both have incredible Lake Superior views! The rooms are closed off from a mutual door but can be left open for other guests to enjoy the space. Down the hall you will find the third bedroom, this one with a queen bed, and an attached bathroom.

Enjoy the spacious 3-acre parcel that the townhomes sit on for watching wildlife and enjoying time outdoors with your family. Lutsen Mountains Recreation Area is a short distance away and provides winter and summer outdoor experiences. Several locally owned and operated shops, restaurants, and coffee shops are nearby in the town of Lutsen. This central location on the North Shore is ideal for outdoor explorations or just relaxing at home in a luxury townhome and leaving your worries behind!
