Thanks Nicholas, I'm glad you enjoyed the decor, the cleanliness and had a good weekend here. You're welcome back anytime!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sincerely sorry that your stay fell short of expectations, especially for a special occasion like a sisters' weekend. I take cleanliness very seriously, and I was incredibly disappointed to hear about the state of the home upon your arrival. Please know that I have since parted ways with that cleaning service and have brought on a brand-new team to ensure our high standards are strictly maintained. Regarding our layout, we always want to be as transparent as possible, which is why our listing description and photo captions explicitly note that the upstairs bathroom does not include a shower. However, we will look for ways to make this even more prominent for future guests. I have also updating our communication schedule so booking approvals and check-in codes are sent out much earlier. I greatly appreciate you leaving the salt and pepper for the house, and we thank you again for the feedback that helps us improve. We wish you and your sisters the very best.

Hi Ruby, Thank you again for your patience in our unusual circumstance of the house not being ready for you! That was so frustrating for both of us and I really appreciate your kindness in the matter. Since you lost a few hours at the house I did reimburse you more than necessary to make up for the inconvenience of that. I hope you won't shy away from staying again, I know you really loved it and when we talked you mentioned how special it was there and that I just need a new cleaner (which I got! :) ). -Melissa

Thanks so much Tameka, I'm glad you enjoyed the house location and found the bed comfortable! That's so important. You are welcome back anytime!

Thanks Cassandra! So glad you enjoyed the house and you'd recommend it. The driveway is narrow but thankfully there's plenty of room at the front of the driveway before the narrow part (between the houses) to park. You're welcome to stay again if you're in the area! -Melissa

Thanks so much Stacey!! So happy you were pleased with the cleanliness and decor of the home. We’ve put a lot of time and effort into making it a unique and comfortable stay. Glad you enjoyed it! I welcome you back next time you’re here :)
