Stayed here for 4 nights. Paid a decent amount of money for it to be a motel 6 quality room. They left us with dirty dishes to use. The AC unit was filthy along with the patio our room had. It took a whole day for someone to even come out and clean the mess they left. Our TV did not work at all along with our wifi. No one did anything about it and lied to me that someone came out to fix it but it was actually an HOA issue. This place is not as described at all. It was a beautiful area but I would never stay at this facility again. For what you pay it is not worth your money whatsoever. If I wanted to stay somewhere like that I would’ve rented a motel 6.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. Cleanliness, functionality, and guest service are priorities for our team, and we apologize for the issues you encountered with the dishes, AC unit, patio, TV, and Wi-Fi. We also regret the delay in addressing your concerns and understand how frustrating it must have been to feel that communication regarding the repairs was unclear. While we are glad you were able to enjoy the beautiful area, we are disappointed that the condition of the property and the service you received overshadowed your stay. Your comments have been shared with our management, housekeeping, and maintenance teams so that we can review what occurred and make the necessary improvements. We appreciate your candid feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we need to do better. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.

The stay was given to another couple as a gift. The guests I gifted this to said the place was dirty. They didn't want to sleep on the bedding and showered the first night in their flip flops. They checked out early due to the uncleanliness.
