Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your time in Redmond and found the home clean with easy communication and strong WiFi—especially with a full house of devices! We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the amenities. We're sorry to hear some items fell short of expectations during your stay. We’ve since replaced the air hockey puck and foosball balls, as those were broken during use, and we’re evaluating the living room furniture and mattress to ensure future guests have a more comfortable experience. Your input helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again.
