Casa Maya - Sjov Getaway (tæt på stranden)

Dette hus er 1350 kvadratfod, 3 soveværelse, med to fulde bade og en strand brusebad nedenunder. Det store soveværelse har 1 kingsize seng. Det første værelse har en fuld størrelse seng. I det tredje soveværelse er der en køje med en fuld størrelse seng i bunden og dobbeltseng på toppen. To dæk, ryggen dækket har en Golf visning (adgang fra to soveværelser), mens det forreste dæk har en bay visning). I 2012 blev der soveværelser og master bad ombygget. Føreren bad omfatter nu et brusebad.

Huset er godt klargjort til din ferie: kuglegrill, 4 hængekøjer, sengetøj, håndklæder, og fuldt udstyret køkken. Se listen nedenfor for detaljer.

Huset er velholdt, ikke-ryger - nabolaget er vidunderligt. Vil du ønsker at vende tilbage.

Fester, bryllupper, receptioner, eller virksomhedens festligheder er ikke tilladt på Casa Maya. Vi udlejer kun til familie grupper og ansvarlige voksne ældre end 25 år. Voksne kan ikke udleje ejendomme på vegne af mindreårige gæster.

It was the only truly pet-friendly listing I found (out of hundreds!) They even had bowls set out for your pets in case you need them! The house is super cute and the location was great. Kind of far from town but that makes it quieter and less busy. It's super close to the beach and walking through the neighborhood has great views of the water.

Clean, comfortable place!

Was ok. House doesnt really get cool and stay that way. We left to explore and came back to the house at 80 degrees. Took forever for it to cool back down. Very quiet neighborhood, and liked that pets were family and no extra deposit for them. Beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean.

Let me tell you Consuelo and Tom are great hosts. The house is as described, is very quiet and relaxing. We had an issue with the A/C as soon as we arrived, but they took care of it. Is very close to the beach, highly recommend to rent a golf cart. We’ll be back

Great location.

The neighborhood is very quiet with wide roads. The home is on a street that has a roundabout at the end and was perfect for walking our dog down and back. It was my 3, 4, and 6 year old plus my dog on this trip. It was great. No issues. Just cold 😂 we only went to the beach the last morning of our stay so the kids can play. We finally did all the tourist things i.e. pleasure pier, 5d theater and ALL of moody gardens. Beds were comfortable. More than ours at home. Neighborhood was quiet and great for walking. Only thing was the local channels for tv. The website stated satellite and smart tv so it was a little hard to entertain a 3, 4 and 6 year old and we should have brought 2 extra blankets to lounge on the couch. Lots of books and board games for kids older than mine. Bring plastic dishes and cups for small kids I believe there was only glassware. Lastly, bring a fire stick or Roku and you can probably connect it to the tv.

The Perfect Family Spot

It was great. We have a herd, 2 adults, 5 kids under 11, 1 dog, 1 cat. Everything is very close, hammocks were a huge hit, outdoor shower is very clutch. Communication with the owner was a breeze. We brought our own golf cart, but many other houses had rentals… highly recommend getting one. Didn’t have to use our actual vehicle the entire weekend. Even onn Labor Day weekend, the beach wasn’t ever packed and is pet friendly. Gas station, beach, fishing pier, bait shop, and restaurant were all just a few minutes away. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook whatever and there are plenty of beach toys already there. Neighbors are nice, friendly, and quiet. We will definitely be back in the future! Just a few recommendations: bring plastic cups if you have kids that aren’t good with glass things, bring/rent a golf cart, bring an Xbox/PlayStation for TV/movies at night, and sit downstairs at the neighborhood restaurant. Overall, an absolutely perfect choice for a family getaway if you don’t like the craziness of the main part of the island. Thanks for a great memory with our bunch-o minions!!!

Quick Beach Weekend

Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this house. We booked at the last minute. Consuelo went out of the way to help us book the house. Perfect for my grandsons. Great neighborhood feel and close to the beach.

Everything we needed

Our stay here was amazing! Had everything we needed. The decorations around the house, from travels around the world, were stunning. Location was great with a 1-2 min drive to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Family vacation

If you don’t like staying in crowded areas this is the place to stay, never had a problem getting to the beach or finding a spot. If you plan on fishing there is a great bait shop in the area at the marina. Also, we will be staying here again as the neighborhood is very quite.

4th of July celebration

We live in the Isla del Sol community and have a family gathering each year during the 4th of July holidays. Our family has expanded and we needed extra space. The Casa Maya was perfect for our family. It was very spacious with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, close to the beach and the bay. We will definitely reserve this house for future family gatherings.

Quick get away

We originally booked this trip last summer, but had to postpone. The owner was great to work with and helpes us rebook for this summer. Everything in the house was great. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for my teens to have their own rooms. It was an overall great experience and Im glad we stayed at Casa Maya!

Well Appointed Beach-house

The property offered many amenities that suited our family. From the private fishing peer, being close to a non touristy beach, to the home located in a very nice beach community of friendly people. This property offered fun and relaxation to the fullest. The home is well maintained and very clean. Our family really enjoyed our stay with absolutely no complaints. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating.

Very nice home and neighborhood!

This is a very nice house, perfect for a small family vacation. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The decor is beautifully unique, not the standard beachy stuff. Consuelo provided very helpful information to make the experience even more enjoyable after booking, which made my life easier in planning. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. A great little gem!

We had a fantastic stay here! The house was very well outfitted, especially the kitchen. We were planning on cooking quite a bit, so it was nice to see we’d have everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was perfect - close, and not super crowded! We would definitely stay here again!

The house is in a great and quiet neighborhood. Other reviews said how comfy the beds were….they weren’t kidding….slept so well! We loved our stay and everything was EASY! Short drive down the road to a beach you can drive on and park. Excellent soft sand and no crunchy seashells! It was just wonderful!

Coastal getaway!

Property was clean and very comfortable, not too far from the beach. I'm a beach nut so I would probably rent one on the beach next time. But this was an awesome trip, it had all the comforts of home.

Super comfortable stay

We were in Galveston for a family wedding and Casa Maya served as a great home base for our immediate family and our dogs before and after the event. It had everything we needed and was configured nicely (bedroom and bed-wise) for our needs. It was one of those "Heat Advisory" weekends, and the house stayed nice and cool. The carport area in the shade was nice, too. I wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the hammocks and board games. All in all a successful stay and we hope to return someday.

Perfect Family Home

This property was clean, very comfortable and an excellent location for families. The home is located in a nice, family oriented neighborhood, on a dead-end road so you don’t get a bunch of fast traffic, making it safer for kids playing outside. It was a short golf cart ride to the beach, bay, or the marina/store. Consuelo made our checkin and check out very easy and also followed up with us to ensure we were satisfied with our stay. This was exactly what we were hoping for in a summer vacation and look forward to coming back next year to make more memories together. We 100% recommend this home to other families.
