The Master Bedroom is furnished with a king size adjustable bed, dresser and TV. Spacious Master Walk-in closet w/ marble design. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub, walk-in shower and double sink.

Guest Bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed. Guest Bathroom has single sink and tub/shower.

We provide Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, 2 TV, cable included, Hair Dryer, Towels, Linen, and Toiletry Starter Package.

Our unit rents from the 1st of the month until the last day of the month and is a monthly minimum.

PLEASE NOTE: The Paseo Community requires a Lease application called Tenant Evaluation for rental approval on all adults 18+ years occupying the unit for the Term of the Lease.
The Tenant Evaluation Application must be completed and submitted no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
The Tenant Evaluation fee in the amount of $100 for a single person and $150 per married couple is payable online through Paseo’s Tenant Evaluation portal and not included in your reservation total. This fee could be subject to change.
Detailed instructions will be emailed to you upon booking along with the Chic Retreat Rental Agreement.
Visitors NOT staying for the Term of the lease DO NOT have to complete the Tenant Evaluation, however they must be accompanied by the approved renter when using the facilities.
