The house is on a quiet, dead-end street, right off the bustling 4th St. You get the best of both worlds: super centrally located but also in a very quiet pocket. Extremely close to OSU, Short North, and downtown Columbus. A few minutes drive gets you anywhere you want to be in the city, and a well-stocked ALDI is a three minute drive away.

Perfect for anyone coming into town for an activity in central Columbus, be it at the Convention Center, OSU, Children's Hospital, Riverside Hospital, The James, or the Ohio State Fairgrounds. 4th St and Summit are both one-way thoroughfares with well-marked bike lanes, that quickly get you to breweries, the Short North, or Downtown in just a few minutes. Our neighbors are friendly and helpful.

The main hub of the micro-neighborhood, SoHud, is just a few minutes away by foot.
