With close proximity to the resort lobby, north end privacy and a no-stairs front entrance, Maui Tropical Sunset is a high-demand FIRST FLOOR condo at the ocean front Royal Kahana Resort in West Maui.

**THE RETREAT PROPERTY**

From the moment you enter the condo, you will be greeted by spectacular ocean views through the glass doors next to the living room! There is comfortable lounge seating for up to 4 guests, and the sofa folds out to a queen bed when needed. A sofa bedding kit is located in the walk-in closet, adjacent to the primary bedroom. In the corner of the living room, there is a large, smart TV with a Xumo Stream Box for streaming your own favorite channel subscriptions thanks to super fast Wi-Fi. There are blackout curtains and 3-inch shutter blinds that allow for privacy and rest after a long day of island adventures.

In the dining area, there is a ceiling fan and dining table with 4 chairs. There are also 2 bar stools next to the large kitchen island for an additional dining option.

The well equipped kitchen will be appreciated by the chef in your family, as it offers granite countertops, stainless appliances, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, spices, dishwasher, food waste disposal, microwave, oven, stove top, refrigerator and freezer, and a pantry area for storing your own supplies.

Next to the dining area, behind mirrored doors and near the pantry, there is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

In the primary bedroom, there is a large, comfortable king bed with zipped hypoallergenic encasements on the pillows and mattress. Comfortable bedding, a ceiling fan in the bedroom, and 3" room-darkening blinds provide offer guests rest and relaxation each night. There is a second large smart TV for movie nights, and there is a private workspace with a rolling chair, desk and USB ports - perfect for remote work required while in this tropical paradise.

Next to the primary bedroom, there is a spacious walk-through closet that leads to the en-suite bathroom. This closet is where the homeowner's own beach miscellaneous supplies and toys are kept, and they invite you to enjoy them as their own family does. Inside this closet, there is also a 1300-CFM 3-speed portable evaporative cooler in case of any A/C outages due to unpredictable island weather.

In the bathroom, there is a beautiful and spacious walk-in shower with safety grab bars and a hand-held shower faucet. Through the bathroom, there is a second door that leads back out to the kitchen and dining area.

Through the living room, you will behold the ocean views that are enjoyed year-round. With a private lanai, the living area extends naturally to the outdoors, and the year-round tropical temperatures on the island allow for a superb alfresco dining experience. A few of the first-floor condos, such as this one, also share a beautiful walking terrace that leads to stairs that lead down the beautiful recreation area of the resort.

*Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches, lizards, and rodents cannot be completely controlled in a tropical environment. If our guests have a problem, we always work to let HOA know so that they can minimize any pests.

During this time, humpback whales migrate from Alaska to Hawaii for breeding and birthing. With year-round tropical weather, every season is a great time to be our guest on Maui. This retreat property allows service dogs ONLY. Dogs must be quarantined for 6 weeks on the island, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Hawaii and County of Maui.
This retreat property does NOT allow smoking.
Exterior security cameras are located at this property and throughout Royal Kahana Resort.
There is a $300 security deposit HOLD required for this retreat property.
Guests will receive email communication from Peaceful Retreats prior, during and after each retreat.
There is a Royal Kahana Resort parking fee (currently $18 per night per vehicle); This additional fee is payable to the resort upon arrival. Guests will receive an amenity card for the pool, fitness center and ice machine upon payment of the parking fee. Resort Amenity Cards are valid for the length of reservation.
