Quaint two bedroom condo with an excellent location next to BaBa’s Coffee Shop and very close to King Street.The place was very clean and the parking spot was a nice addition.

We had a great stay, you can’t beat the location. Steps away from King with great shops, restaurants, and bars. but the street the residence is on has some fantastic coffee shops and restaurants as well!

Great value! Dedicated parking behind rental, great communication with host, perfect location , beautifully appointed and decorated. I would rate this place 20/10 if I could. Would definitely stay here again...and I'm picky.

We had a great stay in Charleston! The place was very clean, easy to find, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. It was in a perfect location—close to many sights and easily walkable to explore the area. There were also plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby, which made it even more convenient and fun. We’d definitely stay here again!

This was a great spot for our weekend visit to Charleston. Close to King Street, restaurants, etc. The two bedrooms/baths was a perfect fit for us (two couples) with private parking. The host was extremely responsive and everything was as advertised. I highly recommend!

Great location and perfect place for four people! We really appreciated the close proximity to all the stores, restaurants and bagel shops! The side patio was a heavenly retreat we used night and day. The kitchen had everything we needed and the home was spotless. Loved the way you'd blow off the leaves and tidy up outside every couple of days! Such a great little place tucked away and private! It was wonderful to have our own parking spot as well.Many thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Perfect!

This place was perfect! Great location and a nice outdoor courtyard! Close to King street with none of the noise! It's well maintained and was perfect for two adult couples.

The location and the property exceeded our expectations. It is in a perfect location for walking and close to so many shops and restaurants. It was very comfortable for four of us, two couples. Nice sized bathrooms and bedrooms and a very well stocked kitchen. It was so nice to also have a designated parking spot. David, the host, was very communicative and quick to respond with any questions we had. We were visiting Charleston when the temperatures were close to 100 and I was worried about the AC and requested fans for the unit. David was happy to oblige and the fans were so nice to have, but the AC worked great and kept the place very cool. I was expecting to hear more noise since we were so close to a restaurant, but since the unit is in the back, not right on the sidewalk, there was very little noise. We would definitely stay there again!

Great apartment in a great location

Right in the heart of Downtown, roughly a 20 min walk down King St. to Rainbow Row and all major attractions. Great restaurants near by and within minutes of walking. The apartment was clean and well kept, highly recommended.
