The view from this beautiful condo is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. We spent lots of time on the large lanai relaxing, and watching and listening to the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked. The bed was comfortable. Having a washer and dryer is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Host communication was prompt and clear. View from balcony was fantastic. Condo had all amenities that a vacationer could need. Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrella, and small cooler were super useful! Thanks Holly!

This unit is one of my favorite units I've stayed in at Kona Bali Kai. The unit it nicely remodeled, the beds are comfortable, the view is outstanding, and it is fully stocked for cooking as well as for blending mixed drinks. The deck is great for watching sunsets and surfers. The way it is situated, I was able to relax in a shaded corner on their outdoor recliner in the afternoon.Holly is excellent with communication and we appreciate her very much. I will definitely stay in this unit again.

Good property and excellent communication with the manager. Had an AC issue in the main room that was promptly solved. Kitchen is one of the best we've had in a rental. It was clearly redone recently and had literally everything one could imagine. The highlight of the property is certainly the view. The size of the unit is a little small for two people, but also not complete uncommon for condos in Kona. Only item to be desired is a new small AC unit for the second bedroom. The one that is there is old and didn't work well. They brought in a temporary unit when the main AC wasn't working and that appliance worked very well. Put something like that in bedroom two and it would be perfect.

Mahalo for your review and glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay for the most part! I'm sorry that the actually brand new A/C unit in the guest bedroom wasn't working properly!! (You had only contacted me about the living room A/C, and as you mentioned, we immediately got a back up unit in there for you. (Existing A/C has since been repaired) The guest bedroom A/C unit (again, it is barely 6 months old) had been working very well, so sounds like it developed an issue to be addressed and I'm so glad to have received your review today so I can correct! It will be taken care of today. I would have gotten it fixed for you immediately had I known of course, or replaced it. I am also surprised that you think this 2 bed/2 bath condo is small for two people!? Don't believe I've even had anyone say that before in any two bedroom units there. Some feel it crowded for four adults, but definitely can accommodate four adults and most definitely two. Just wanted to let those reading this review to know that.

My husband and I were so pleased with this property! It was a beautiful space, very clean, and looked just like the pictures. Holly was quick to help us with any questions we had and she was attentive to all the little things a guest might need. The best part of our stay was the amazing view and going to bed to the sound of the ocean waves. This Vrbo is a 10/10!!

Location and complex were great. Parking below the building was pefect. Parking was never an issue for space. Everything was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds and couch were comfortable. The host was always quick in responding to our questions and I absolutely would stay here again.

Amazing get-away

This apartment had the best location; close to swimming/snorkelimg and close enough to downtown/shops/restaurants. I have been to the island many times at this point and this apartment had the best furnishings and beds by far. The views from the lanai were amazing and we spent much time exploring the tide pools (even seeing multiple turtles). Will definitely stay here again!

The perfect location for exploring the whole island. We absolutely loved sleeping with the wi does open to hear the waves crashing all night long. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having 2 bathrooms and washer/ dryer.

Beautiful view and beautiful unit. We stayed here for two weeks and would 100% stay here again in a heartbeat. Holly was a wonderful host from the moment we booked until the moment we left. The unit had *everything* you could need and the was totally updated. The lanai is very large and very private and, like others noted, falling asleep to the waves crashing on the beach was amazing.

Perfect Piece of Paradise

The Kona Bali Kai condo is one of the nicest VRBOs I've ever stayed in. The condo is fully stocked with everything you may need. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. The location is amazing. You are right on the ocean. The sound of the waves crashing was beautiful. I would stay here again!!!

Thank you, This was our first time staying here at this unit and it is a beautiful unit, it is all it says it is. The location is just right still just a short distance to down town Kona but yet still nice a quiet. The unit was stocked completely with everything you need and more. It did not feel like other rental units we have rented in the past. Very clean and well maintained, saying everything worked in the unit. The AC was very adequate and kept the whole unit cool and with ceilings in every room was all you need. The lanai was very large and fantastic views of the ocean, everyday there were surfers enjoying the waves, over all I would totally recommend the place so well worth it, we are hoping to return very soon. Thank so much for the use of this wonderful property.
