Guests have use of 2 parking spaces in the driveway and a 2-car garage with the convenience of a garage opener for your use during your stay. Please make sure to leave the garage door opener before your departure as there is a $100 replacement fee.

Parking Rules:

• There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway and 2 parking spots in the garage for your use during your stay.
• Guests are responsible for all cleaning fees associated with excessive vehicle oil or fluid stains.

Please Note:

The pool is heated from mid-October through mid-May to approximately 83°F at no additional cost to you!
However, please be aware:
• The heat pump may not maintain a steady temperature when outdoor temperatures drop below 50°F.
While the pool is warm, but it will not feel hot. The property owners and cohosts are not liable for any injuries related to the pool or backyard area. Your safety is our priority, so we kindly ask you to supervise children at all times. Pool Equipment:
Please do not touch or adjust any pool equipment. Tampering with pool equipment can cause damage or catastrophic failure, and guests will be held liable for all repair costs. This includes but is not limited to:
• Pool heater and its controls
• Valves
• Switches
• Hoses
• Pool vacuum

Other things to note.

The City of Scottsdale has very strict laws that prohibit short term rental parties and events. During quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM, only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please note.
