This condo is next to Hotel Caribe at the entrance of el Laguito/Bocagrande. The beach is across the street. The modern kitchen has all essentials, AC in every room, and fast Internet 500mbps. The apartment is large 1,377 sqf. Two of the bedrooms have an in-suite bathroom, there is an additional bathroom in the hallway, its very small but has a shower.

The building charges you 10,000 or 2.5usd per person, this is to cover a guest band. You will need to pay for it at checkin time.

The apartment is located on the 24th floor, one floor below the penthouse. The ocean views are amazing, the condo is 1,377 sqft or 127sqm, there are great ocean views from all three bedrooms and the extra size window in the living room. From the balcony, you will have view of the Cartagena bay, where you can see all the ships arriving all day long.

The place is located in el Laguito area of BocaGrande, about 1/2 block away from Hotel Caribe and offers spectacular views of the Caribbean sea.

The apartment offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 of the bathrooms are in-suite and private. The third bathroom is accessible to the floor and anyone in the rest of the house.

The living room, Dining Room and kitchen combination is very spacious and allows interaction by the chef with the rest of family and/or guest.

There is a washing machine in the kitchen, allowing you to wash your clothes in the event of a longer stay.

The very large window in the living room has a electric shade for convenience.

The neighborhood offers huge selection of excellent restaurants with a wide variety of music and food for all tastes. There are also bars, casinos and designer shops only a few steps away. The building offers a pool overlooking the lagoon. Hair salons, convenience stores and rent a car are also available within walking distance.

The walled city or "centro" as locals called it, is only 5 minutes away by taxi (aprox USD $4 ride)

Additional Guest: additional guest are allowed but you can only register them between 9am and 9pm. Each guest needs to pay the 10,000 cop or $2.5 USD at the time of registration. A passport or cedula (CC) is required for registration. Occupancy in the condo can't exceed 6 adults.
