Hi Johnny, thank you for your feedback and for complementing the renovations. I’m sorry for the frustration you experienced with the AC. To clarify, the Google Nest thermostat is fully available for guests to adjust manually; however, it is a smart device and sometimes requires a quick tap or spin that can be unfamiliar if you haven't used one before. As soon as you contacted me, I immediately adjusted it remotely to your desired temperature to ensure your comfort. Regarding the master bedroom temperature, thank you for pointing that out. We have since had our HVAC technician check the airflow and balanced the vents to ensure the entire house, including the master bedroom, cools evenly even during 100 degree days. We always strive to provide a comfortable 5-star experience and appreciate your stay.
