Important Information
• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests
• No parties or large gatherings
• No smoking of any kind, including marijuana
• Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM
• This is a third-floor condo and stairs are required
• Absolutely no glitter allowed

Property Notes
• A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door for security
• There are no other cameras inside or outside the condo
• Golf carts and motorcycles may be parked overnight
• A vehicle or golf cart is recommended for getting around the area

Children
• Children are welcome, but the condo was designed primarily for adults
• The condo contains a full bar, breakable décor, and games geared toward adults
• Portable crib with bassinet may be available upon request with advance notice

Entertainment
• TVs include cable service and streaming apps
• Guests must log in using their own streaming accounts
• Board games, books, air hockey, ring toss, and other games are available for guest use
• Please return all game pieces and equipment when finished

Laundry
• Full-size washer and dryer available for guest use
• Please remove sand from clothing and towels before washing

Coffee Station
• Keurig and traditional coffee maker available
• Add water, insert pod if desired, and power on to begin brewing

Safety
• Fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink
• First aid kit, flashlight, scissors, and hand sanitizer provided

Trash
• Garbage bags are provided
• Please place bagged trash in the dumpsters located on the side of the building near the parking area

Checkout
1. Place all used towels in a pile. No need to wash them.
2. Wash dishes or load them into the dishwasher and run it before departure.
3. Remove all open food from the refrigerator.
4. Unopened food items may be left for future guests.
5. Remove all trash from the condo.
6. Double-check that the door is closed and locked before departing.
7. Guests who remain in the property past the 10:00am checkout time without preapproval for late checkout will incur a fine of $50 per every 30 minutes
