Opdateret 2016 med nye trægulve på stue / spisestue og nye tæpper i soveværelserne. Stor balkon mod havet. Granit og rustfrit stål i køkkenet. Master soveværelse, med en queensize-seng og en fuld seng, vender mod Oceanfront. 2. Ocean view was great, a beautiful view. Very clean. Right on the beach and the pool was also facing the beach, nice area by the pool to rinse off.

The main bedroom hada weird smell and carpetwas wet with a cleaner... thedryermakes a awful high pitch sound... the wifi did not work even after contacting the host...hidden feeslike having to pay to send keys back to host... willlook else where next year

The pictures that are advertised are not up to date so the place really needs a deep clean, up date the furniture and mattresses. The keys were hard to get them to work. I spent the first day cleaning the place and one of the queen beds was really hard and all the mattresses had stains and mold and the springs were sticking out. Definitely not worth the money at all!!! The view is beautiful and the pool is nice but the condo def needs help!

The Condo was just fine. It wasn't the cleanest and the furnishings need updated, but we weren't there for the condo, we were there for the beach and it provided what we needed for a beach vacation at a reasonable price. Our only issue was the wi-fi. The router wasn't even plugged in when we got there. We had to find it and plug it in to power and modem, but there still wasn't internet. The Security desk said we'd have to ask the host but the host had no idea and said to ask security. We never did get it working. It wouldn't have been an issue except my husband had to do some work while we were there and had to use a hotspot to do it.

The size and location of the property was good, and the ocean view was nice. However, this condo was in a state of disrepair. One of the heavy glass doors in the entrance hall was off the track and had fallen in. We were afraid to touch the other heavy glass door because it also looked off the track. The kitchen sink faucet was broken but still useable; however, there was no hot water in the kitchen. There was lots of food in the cabinets including an open chip bag with a chip clip on it. There were a few other issues, but the worst was in unbearable screeching noise that came from the dryer when we used it. It was excruciating. I informed the owner of the issues. If these repairs would be made, it would be a nice place.

Nice place to stay near the beach

I loved the location, close to the highlights of Ocean City, restaurants, and stores. The easy beach access and beautiful pool made the trip even better. I really liked the screened in balcony with the great view . All in all, a great place for a vacation.

Spacious and clean oceanfront condo

We enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect and the condo was spacious for our family of 5. The condo building also had plenty of parking and a great pool:). We would stay here again!

This was a fabulous stay and the price was reasonable. A little trouble with some outlets not working but that is sometimes too be expected. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. I would happily stay here again with teenagers.

Great condo

Had a wonderful stay in this condo. It had everything we needed and it was nice to be so close to the beach. Beach view was great and we really enjoyed eating breakfast on the enclosed balcony. Parking was a breeze, never had an issue finding a spot.

Positive: location was great. Bathrooms were nice. Very well equipped kitchen.Negative: BEWARE: no linens! This was not in the listing and we were not informed before check in. (Owner mailed the keys with move in instructions, but they did not arrive to our home until after we arrived at the condo. We were never informed that there were no towels, sheets, hand towels, etc.) Called the owner and his only answer, ‘We haven’t provided linens for years.’ Ok, that’s fine, but let people that are booking know that in the listing! We had to go out and waste the evening shopping and washing sheets instead of walking the beach and starting our vacation. We spend a couple hundred bucks at TJMaxx that was totally unnecessary if only we had just been made aware there were no linens provided. BEWARE: was charged 60 fee for parking at the complex even though the listing states “our listing includes all fees. No hidden fees.” Don’t put that in the listing when there are parking fees charged by the building. Say upfront there is a 60 parking fee for one car and additional fees for a second. BEWARE: main bedroom smells like pee and carpets are very very dirty in both bedrooms. The whole place could use a deep cleaning.

Softball Tournament

This was a perfect place for us to vacation and have our child participate in the softball tournament in Salisbury. Condo Location was central. It was easy to walk to where we needed to go at the beach. Direct Ocean view was beautiful from every room. Easy access to pool and beach. It had everything we needed! Thank you David!

Wonderful stay

This condo was everything I wanted! Exactly as advertised. Very clean. Check in was very simple. Location was amazing. I had to leave early for a family emergency so my vacation was cut short but I couldn’t have asked for a better stay for my family. We will definitely be booking with David again. Great host and good communication

Property could use some updates. No restaurants within walking distance. Pool area looked very nice although we didn’t get to use it because of bad weather. Easy access to beach. Door to our condo was very hard unlock. Once we got in, we didn’t close door all the way for fear of not getting back in. Thank goodness there was an outer door. I called owner and was told, “Oh yeah that happens. It sticks.” A neighbor who lives there was able to get it open for us.

Cleanliness an locks

When we arrived we tried to open the door and the lock was messed up the neighbor came over and told us the last tenant had the same problem so it must’ve been an ongoing thing and not fixed once we got in there was sand all over the floor and on the couch we called the landlord right away and told him the issues with the place and he did nothing for us!!!
