The closest tram stops are Teatr Bagatela and Filharmonia, both about a 5-minute walk, providing convenient connections throughout the city. It features two bedrooms (Bedroom 1: one bed 140x200cm, Bedroom 2: one bed 140x200cm, and a second bed 90x200cm) and a living room with a sofa bed. For added convenience, there are two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment includes a balcony. There is no air conditioning in the apartment. Guests have access to amenities such as towels, a hairdryer, an ironing board, and an iron.
