The central (not private) bedroom also adjacent to the full bath, offers two kings and a luxurious sitting area with a large TV and lots of shelving with library and independent outdoor access.    The final bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed, and an elegant travertine bath with walk-in shower. To access this bedroom you have to pass through the central bedroom.   For occupancy, the owners prefer no more than eight occupants.   There is a new laundry area with washer and dryer for the downstairs wing.

This secluded home offers wonderful wrap around decks to relax and enjoy the quiet scenery or have a BBQ.      The kiva fireplace on the lower deck is not operable due to fire restrictions in the mountains.
