Our family of 5 had a great stay here. Brian was a great communicator and the check in process was seamless. He had left some local treats for us which we greatly appreciated. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortably furnished. We would stay here again!

A great spot off Monroe Ave. One dedicated parking spot behind the house and plenty of street parking, which can be rare near the Avenue. We were 3 high school chums that were in town for a 50th reunion, and this spot brought back fond memories of just sitting together on the porch of our own college day rentals. The street is also surprisingly quiet as well. Thanks, Brian, a great stay!

Brian & Miranda’s place was so nice inside. It was the perfect spot for my family of five since it had 3 bedrooms. Communication was so easy and so was check in and out. The best part was the homeowners provide anything and everything you could need. I’ve never stayed in a place with so many complimentary items. I appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of towels in the kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend and I would stay again.

Great communication with host, clean property and well stocked. only complain: the floor is not level so pool table acts funny sometime. Still served the purpose of the trip well for a Graduation.

Our host Brian was amazing! Super helpful with great communication. House was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Other neighborhoods we’ve stayed in while visiting our son at U of R didn't seem as safe. This home and neighborhood definitely did! Only wished there’d have a been a 2nd bathroom. Otherwise a big thumbs up! Thx Brian for being a gracious host!

Brian is a great host and the house was clean, well-stocked and conveniently located. The only issue I have is that the place is really the lower level of a house divided into two units. Our bedroom was beneath the stairwell of the upper unit, so we can hear footsteps very loudly if there's guests upstairs - which there were. The bedroom also had door in the bedroom that is locked, but leads to the other unit or stairwell (which means lots of noise travels through that door). The upstairs guests were up at 6am and also stayed up late past midnight. I got the impression it was a no party area bc the rules explicitly stated no guests whatsoever after I booked, not even as daytime guests. Yet at night, our bedroom window (slightly cracked w/ thin window panes) faced the neighbor's backyard, who was partying it up and drunk. After midnight, his car alarm went off loudly and he yelled it's Saturday night - what's the problem? I think the other two back bedrooms are quieter. It wasn't clear at check-in that there are two front doors on the porch, one for the upstairs unit (to the right) and one for the lower unit (to the left). Don't manually lock the door when you leave, because you'll end up locking yourself out - fortunately, there's also a backdoor with code for entry.

Older house. Recent nice interior re-do. Excellent layout - made the kitchen a little small, but a 2-bedroom area has a door before you get to the bedroom doors (good for blocking out noise), and the main bdrm off the lounge is very large. Shower is large enough, which is unusually good. Parking fine. Couple of small hiccoughs along the road, but immediate response from host fixed those.

Great Property and Helpful Owners

Great fun property to stay at while in Rochester! The pool table and dart board provided hours of fun! The property is very well kept and had everything we needed for the stay. The owners were extremely helpful on dining suggestions and any other questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

A week away…and together

This was a perfect stay. We wanted a place where our RIT freshman could get away and focus for finals week. We hung out together, played games and he could carve out space to study…and sleep, and have home cooked meals.Very clean, and was a nice home away from home.

Wonderful retreat near everything.

We loved staying in this home. It’s lovingly renovated and really well decorated and equipped. It’s so close to many of the best restaurants and shopping in the Rochester area. We were just amazed. Communication with Brian and Miranda was excellent as well. Will definitely return for more stays.
