An impressive modern 4 bedroom home with 2 expensive levels and 4 specious bedrooms. Offering a large lounge, formal dining area, fully equipped kitchen, free NBN wifi and center control air conditioner for comfortable living.
1 mins walking to the park which has lovely playground and lake, and proximity to the shopping centre are highlights to everyone for peaceful life without losing convenience.

In the living room, you can enjoy the smart TV offering access to all your favourite streaming apps while relaxing on the stylish L-Shape sofa.
Our fantastic fully equipped kitchen open on to the living room and dining area. You can watch TV or chat to friends when preparing food on the central island.

Guest access
There is a studio which has a common wall with the house in the ground floor.
The door existing between the studio and house is locked so there is no access between the house and studio. The studio is not included in the renting package and has been used for long-term rental. A super friendly senior couple is living there. Please show your lovely smile to the neighbours if you see them outside of the house.
The Garage is also not included in the renting package. However there are plenty street parking. If you need to use the garage please let me know and I will arrange it for you.
Please treat the place as your home during the stay.
You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast,the fridge to cool your drinks,and use the washing machine if you’ve run out of clean clothes to wear.
Free garage parking space available
Party and event are not allowed,please make sure the music kept at reasonable level,and no noise after 10pm.
Please take care of your dirty dishes.
Please ensure all the lights,heater,fan,and AC are switched off.
Our team will help you with requests from 9am to 5pm,or 24 hrs in an emergency.Feel free to contact us when needed,and we’ll do our best to help your great trip.

Other things to note
There is no antenna installed because my neighbour said that the signal in our area is extremely weak and unstable. The TV is a smart tv and it connects to the wifi, so you can watch stream TV program via downloading the app.
* Rubbish Collection Day*
You will have to take the bins out to the kerb on Wednesday for collection. If in doubt, contact us or copy the neighbours. After it is collected, you can wheel it back in.
* COVID-19 Sanitisation*
Healths, safety and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
