The house was as a nice experience as expected. The house and pool were clean. Very responsive to questions during the stay. Need to bring all the essentials- shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dish soap. Minimal quantities are provided.

Three of the bathrooms toilet seats are brokenThe power in one of the bedrooms it’s not working breakers keep tripping in the same bedroom. The toilet is not bolted to the ground and moves around a lot.Exterior door to the pool area lock is brokenBatteries missing from most of the remotesDishwasher the bottom rack is broken and doesn’t clean the dishesPool table felt is rippedOn the upper level, the couches are brokenChairs on the outer decks of each floor are broken

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive throughout our visit. The location was perfect, walkable distance to beach and we especially enjoyed private pool.

The house was nice and spacious inside. We go down this way every year and I would stay at this location again. However, someone needs to come by and check on the status of the pool table ( no chalk and a rip on the felt).

This house was so beautiful and in a great location for a short walk to the beach. The amenties on property are more than enough to keep you busy. There was a few issues but nothing that stopped us from having a great time. The host are also very polite and professional!

I will start by saying the location of this house is great. It's super easy to get to the beach and the beach access that is nearest the house has stairs or all sand which is great for hauling wagons.For the price point we were disappointed in the maintenance. Other adults on the trip deemed it a "Frat House". Which isn't what I want to hear when spending this much per night for a family reunion. I have stayed at a lot of rentals, and this one was uniquely disappointing.First, there was a trash can that had been filled with what looked like dirty, disgusting, black rain water. It was easily in reach of our children. Additionally, in the outdoor bathroom, there was a roll of toilet paper that was moldy and bloated.The host did have someone out the next day to clean this up, but it gave a really poor first impression.Additionally, one of the king beds was broken. The host sent someone out to look at it, but it was unfixable and needed to be replaced. It was not replaced on this trip and no concession was offered.It is obvious that the owner is not investing in this house (it's for sale). There were: - Deck spindles that were fixed in very hap hazard ways- Deck chairs were rusted out- The main couch is bent about to break- The pool table has a bunch of ripped felt- LVP in the kitchen is peeling up at a corner- The volleyball court is overgrown with burrs and unusableWe will not be staying here again.

Property is large - with enough rooms for our group to be able to enjoy time together but allow for introverting too. Host was very responsive to questions during planning and our stay alike. The home is conveniently located to dining and shopping - and the walk to the beach is just as described. We had a great week.
