Activities Includes:
4 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards and 2 floating swimming lily pads included in rental. We also have 4 fishing poles and tree swing. Hook & Ring toss game located in the garage along with a portable *safe/not sharp* ax throwing game. Foosball game located in the living room. Boat rental options are available from a few vendors. *Our personal boat is not for rent and NOT included in the rental agreement.

Other things to note:
We are not a full time rental and only offer our lake home occasionally for rental. Which means we have high quality amenities and take great pride in our home! All bedding is cleaned and sanitized from the mattress protector up. Closets, dressers, pantry, fridge and drawers are all emptied and ready for your personal belongings. No awkward feelings that you're in someone else's house, it's all yours during your stay! We've worked really hard to update it and think your family will have a great time here. We can't wait to host you and your family at our beautiful new lake home! We promise it will be an amazing 5 star experience!

-1st floor bedroom with Full bed is small and cozy. It has an open closet to hang your clothes and luggage rack for your suitcase.

-1st floor bedroom with Queen bed, desk, spacious closets and window. All baby/child gear is located in the closet of this room. Please let us know if you'd like the crib set up before arrival. Crib has adjustable heights that we can adjust for you upon request.

-2nd floor bedroom has 2 double beds and a twin bunk bed. Twin bunk bed is located in separate area which includes a window and reading niche. There are French doors you can close for privacy to the bunk bed area. This room is set up to sleep up to 6.

-2nd floor "Master" has a king bed, pull out couch, spacious closets, views of the lake and a sitting/tv room.

-1st floor shower is a stand-up shower. Laundry washer/dryer is located in the closet of this bathroom.

-Kitchen has all the amenities you might need and recently updated.

-Iron eradicator/ water softener located in the 1st floor laundry area regenerates from 3-4am. When this happens, it makes a loud water rushing noise. Water should not be used for the 1-hour timeframe while this is happening. Good news, the iron eradicator removes rust and smelly sulfur from the water. The water is safe to drink (and very good for you!). Without this system, your shower and water would be stinky and yellow. It’s a tradeoff for lake living.

-There is a red light in the garage that tells us if there’s an issue with the sewer grinder. If it lights up or alarms, please contact us to have professionals come out to see what the issue is. Only toilet paper and natural waste is allowed to be flushed. The entire lake and surrounding homes share a sewer system to keep our lake fresh and clean. Please only use toilet paper provided. If you need more toilet paper, please let us know or be sure to purchase toilet paper that quickly dissolves and breaks down in water. Charmin toilet paper is known to wreak havoc on these systems.

-Please be respectful to our neighbors. Our next-door neighbors are full time residents and very kind. Be sure to stay within property lines and within the immediate shore/beach area. Please stay off of their piers and property.

-lake traffic flows counterclockwise. Swimmers should stay out of boat lanes or stay within 100 ft from shore. Our side of the lake is shallow (2-3 feet deep for about 100ft) and has a nice sandy bottom free of seaweed!

-Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will be charged a fee of $100 a day plus any additional damages and deep cleaning fees.

-No smoking

-Feel free to use the provided amenities during your stay, but please only leave with what you came with. Unused amenities are to remain in the house upon check out.

-VRBO verified adult must stay at the home during the duration of the stay. Minors must have adult supervision and cannot be left alone overnight. Basically, you can't rent the house then drop your kids or minors off for the weekend unsupervised. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $500 per night and/or removal of guests from the home without a refund. Please refer to VRBO rules and regulations regarding minors. Unfortunately, this has occurred and is why we have initiated this house rule.

-Early check in (9 am) available for $150 fee, contact host to confirm if early check in is available.

Check out Day:
-Check out time is 10 am.
-Late check out (3 pm) available for $150 fee, contact host to confirm if late check out is available.

Check Out Check List:
-Please load and turn on the dishwasher
-Dispose unused food in the fridge and empty trash bags into trash cans in garage.
-return SUP, water toys and kayaks/ paddles to garage and side of house.
-turn off lights
-Lock the doors on your way out
-Please send a quick text once you have left so we can send in the cleaning team.
