Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the excellent location and found Our Place itself to be nice, and we especially appreciate your kind comments about our quick response when the pest concern arose. We’re very sorry that the cleanliness under the furniture did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating that must have been. We have discussed your concerns with our cleaning team to ensure those areas receive the attention they deserve. Regarding the bedding, we do want to clarify that blankets are provided on each bed, and we do advise our guests a detailed check in instruction item list on what is provided and what to bring with you for additional comforts, if required. If you visit with us again, please feel free to reach out during your stay if there would be items not described in our check in information, so we are able to assist as soon as possible. We truly value your feedback about the small details that can make a stay more comfortable. Your comments are helpful as we continue working to improve the guest experience, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with your stay in the future.
