This brilliant, pet-friendly home is located on the shores of Lake Erie in scenic wine country. The home has been completely remodeled. Walk out your front door and the Lake is within 50 feet for your enjoyment. There is no cliff to the beach - so access is easy.

Guests will enjoy two separated (but connected) living quarters. Upper level Living room has a new custom sofa and side chair to enjoy the gas fireplace (available from Fall to Spring). Lower level Living room has new sectional sofa and side chair.

The two kitchens sport brand new stainless-steel appliances with beautiful granite countertops. The Upper kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and is completed with new colorful Fiestaware, cutlery, knife set, Blue Diamond cookware, Kitchen-aide mixer and many more utensils. The lower kitchenette is also completely furnished with new cabinetry, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, place settings, cookware and utensils.

Your property has four bedrooms: two with a queen bed, one with two twin beds (that can be converted to a king bed upon request), and one with set of full bunk beds. There is a pull-out queen sofa bed in upper living room.

Two clothes washers and dryers are available for added convenience.

You will enjoy amazing views of Lake Erie from the front private deck. Six polywood adirondack chairs and propane fire pit provide a relaxing and cozy opportunity to watch the sunset. The back deck has polywood table set and propane 4 burner grill with shaded privacy. Guests have access to a shared patio with wood-burning fireplace, patio sofas and chairs. A wood-burning pizza oven is also available.

Central air conditioning, WIFI and free off-street parking (4 cars) are available. Guests that bring a boat will have an added $50/night/boat parking fee.

Explore our private shoreline, hunt for beach glass or just listen to the waves and watch an amazing sunset! Savor the many nearby wineries. Discover local orchards for seasonal produce selections. North East PA, Erie PA, Westfield NY, and Findley Lake NY offer shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Summer months offer great boating, fishing, golfing and local festivals.
