The 132.90m² property has a suite with a KING BED and a 40“ Smart TV, a bedroom with two SINGLE BEDS and a 32” Smart TV, a living room equipped with a 55” Smart TV with BTV, as well as a balcony with a POOL and BBQ. All the rooms have SPLIT AC (COOL ONLY).

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
3º - In this unit, the private pool is cleaned weekly by a condominium employee, ensuring its maintenance and hygiene.
