Perfect for large groups, this stylish home is minutes from downtown, KC hot spots, and has quick access to 3 major highways! It's located on a private street and backs to a quiet corner of the county's oldest park where you can find lakes, walking trails, playgrounds, sport courts, and more. The house features a large pool, hot tub, fire pit, ping pong table, and a plethora of games.

This home is perfect for staying with friends and family. Of all of the 5 bedrooms, not one bedroom shares a wall with another bedroom providing a more private experience. All bedrooms include a smart TV, fan, luggage rack(s) and chargers by each bed. There is also a dresser and closet in each room and extra linens. All bathrooms have soaps, towels, and a hair dryer.

You'll find a fully stocked kitchen complete with food processor, blender, crock pot, mixers, coffee pots, and more! The hall closet has many additional baby/toddler items like a rocker, sound machine, pack and play, high chair, and folding baby mattress.

The pool/hot tub area has loads of floaties, toys, loungers, bluetooth speaker, and more. The pool is heated at no extra charge. The natural gas firepit is easy to light and has roasting skewers if you're in the mood for smores! There is also a patio heater to make chilly evenings more enjoyable. You'll also find an indoor/outdoor ping-pong table. Additional folding tables and chairs are also available at no extra charge.

Inside, there are puzzles, games, books, records, and cassette tapes for nostalgic fun and entertainment.

The Heated Pool is open mid-April to mid-October.
Hot tub is open year round.
For safety, we have 3 actively recording cameras located at the front doorbell, on the front drive, and overlooking the pool. They all record video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
