This listing is for a Duplex, an upper house and a lower house, both the Corfu Cottage AND the Ocean View Cottage.
- Corfu Cottage: It reflects the feel and style of my parents' and grandparents' homes on Corfu Island. It is Formal, Elegant, Mediterranean style with stone walls and white water views.
- Ocean View Cottage: Beach/Contemporary style.
- Each house has its own separate entrance.
- The upper house, Corfu cottage, has 2 king bedrooms, and a pull out bed in the living room and 1.5 baths.
- The lower house, Ocean View Cottage, has 2 king bedrooms, 1 trundle bed with 2 twin beds, 1 bath.
We are not new to renting our properties. For the last 9 years we were listed exclusively on air b n b with very high ratings and have been a "Super host" for many years. However, we are new to VRBO and if you would care to see our reviews check out our Air b n b listings under the same property names.
Due to our family's, guests' and friends' severe allergies we have an exemption to not allow ANY pets, whether Service animals, or Emotional animals or Support animals... etc..., so, please, respect ours and our other guests' wishes and do not ask, we live here when it is vacant.
- The properties are ONLY for the booked # of guests, NOT for the “few-hours-visitors”.
- Reconsider booking if you have ANY mobility/walking difficulties going up and down the many steps.
Escape to this welcoming Mediterranean style home in picturesque Morro Bay. This superb property boasts a jetted bathtub (upper house), hot tub, 8 decks, 2 fire pits, a large outdoor play area with a slide, a rope bridge leading to an ocean view "Crows Nest" tree house that our grandkids and ALL our littlest guests love.
There is also a Corn Hole set, and a Tether Ball area.
Additional outdoor spaces provide extra relaxation for guests. Enjoy all that Morro Bay has to offer when you stay at our homes

I am a recent proud American citizen, born and raised in Greece, spending many of my early years on Corfu island with my grandparents. We designed our home to reflect the style and the feel of those wonderful years.
I speak, read, write GREEK but the word "Ksenos" (foreigner/stranger) is not found in my dictionary.
Last, but not least, I LOVE Jesus, therefore, and with NO EXCEPTIONS, I love ALL people from all ethnicities and I go the extra mile to accommodate them.

When we looked at buying our home we knew about the street parking but chose the view of the Pacific Ocean and the waves' break instead of a car garage, lots of outdoor space for both adults AND children to play, at a quiet, private location.
Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt
We are the last house on a cut-de-sac with White Water Ocean Views, lots of outdoor space for, both, adults and children, that backs up to a Eucalyptus forest, a farmland hill where all the cows graze. We remodeled both our homes the way we want it, elegant Mediterranean theme for the upper level, and Beach/Contemporary for the lower lever.
