We invite you to spend a good night at our 4-bedroom, 4-bath rowhouse, just a mile
drive from the magnificent white dome, US Capitol! Nestled in the heart of DC,
commuters will appreciate the proximity to NoMa-Gallaudet station and bus routes. You can also
take a 12-min walk to the Union Market District, which boasts an amazing selection of
food from deserts like Laduree Paris, to coffee nesters like Unido and award-winning
dining restaurants. Not to forget, you can indulge in some of the city's best shopping
experiences there. Whole Foods Market and Safeway are short walks away from the home.

Our beautiful home at NE DC is a mix of contemporary and comfort and is equipped
with all necessary amenities for you to enjoy the stay. Our open kitchen layout across
the foosball table is cherry on the top. Our home also extends to a sizeable patio
with barbecue amenities.

Girls weekend

We enjoyed spending my moms 70th birthday in DC. The house is close walking distance to coffee shops and food, and also nearby stores. It was a great time!

Great weekend

This is a great place near the Capitol. It was about a two mile walk. The building and neighborhood are charming. We had a large group, but we all fit.

It was great proximity to the Capitol and all the places we needed to visit.

Nice property and neighborhood. The basement could have been cleaned better. The towels left for the basement restroom were not clean.

School group

House worked for a group. Easy buses to downtown. Kitchen was fine for breakfast but not great for larger meals for group. Very great communication with hosts

Looked better online

We enjoyed our stay in DC, but not thrilled with this home. The owner responded to our messages, but is not local & was not actually able to help with our concerns. The listing is misleading - it says sleeps 21, but the home can’t actually accommodate anywhere close to that (even with some being children) for eating or sitting. There were several sleeping areas of the home with mold coming out of vents. We chose not to turn on the AC because of this. None of the lights or fans worked properly in the upstairs bedrooms (there was no remote in the room with double beds so we couldn’t operate the fan.) There were 6 raised nails sticking up on threshold between the kitchen & the dining area. Two of our guests received gashes on their feet. Bring your own pillows if you are sensitive to smells - they provide scented pillows.The main floor bathroom didn’t have a working light.The upstairs hall bathroom was dirty upon arrival - hair on the sink, trash behind the toilet, & hair/used hair tie in drain.One of the downstairs beds was stained - another had fake eyelashes made into the bed. The air mattress was locked in a closet so we had to reach out to gain access & the only sheets for it were wadded up and dirty. The front load washer was closed & smelled horribly of mold/mildew, we were unable to use it to wash towels & they only provided 14. We won’t stay here again, but we still enjoyed our time in DC.

Our listing clearly states that the property can accommodate up to 21 guests, with a detailed explanation of the sleeping arrangements, including beds and air mattresses. The home has successfully hosted large groups many times. We are always available to support our guests and take all concerns seriously. Cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for us, and we are more than happy to resolve any issues when we receive clear information.

En godt plassert leilighet, det er vel det positive. Generelt gir ikke bildene et riktig bilde av standarden. Det var en sliten leilighet. Bakhagen er ikke noe koselig sted å være. Utleier er god i kommunikasjonen, følger opp veldig bra, men det hjelper ikke veldig når flere større ting ikke er på plass: Aircondition virket bare i stuen, i kjeller ble det for kaldt, på loftet for varmt. Så 3 av oss måtte sove i stuen. Det ble klaget på, uten at teknikker gav noen hjelp. Sovesofaer i stuen var harde og ubehagelige. Vi oppdaget mugg på dusjforheng. Noen i reisefølget ble bitt av lopper og på hovedsoverom oppe fant vi en kakerlakk.Leiligheten trenger rett og slett en makeover for å kunne leies ut videre. Og 22 sengeplasser er å strekke det veldig langt.

All sofa beds are checked for comfort and cleanliness, and the property is professionally cleaned before every stay. Any issues such as pests or mold are taken very seriously and are addressed promptly by our trusted cleaning and maintenance team. Regarding capacity, the home comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests with a variety of beds and sleeping arrangements, and we always provide detailed information on room layouts. We continually make updates and improvements to the property based on guest feedback, and our goal is to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all future guests.
