Great stay overall. The villa was clean with a great ambiance and very comfortable setup. The location is a major plus—close to the beach, airport, and several solid gym options nearby. Plenty to do in the area with a good selection of activities and spots to check out. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent stay! The host was amazing and graciously offered a late checkout. The place was well appointed and conveniently located.

Wonderful sea

The house is in a very convenient location for visiting the Island; it is spacious, clean and the owner is very kind. The Exumas are wonderful Islands with an incredible sea

Exuma experience at Ocean Breeze Villa

It’s a beautiful home. Walk to the beach and the view from the rocks was beautiful and serene. Owner picked up and dropped off from and to the airport.. I definitely recommend

Wonderful stay at the Ocean Breeze Villas

Spacious, peaceful, clean and comfortable. Glen Roy has a beautiful home just as described and in the photos. When power went out briefly on the island the solar panels kept the lights and air conditioner running for us so we didn't even notice. The villa is walking distance to Moss Town Beach and Three Sisters beach. We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful Exumas.

Sister Trip Bahama's

GlenRoy is an excellent host very nice and is very willing to help you in anyway he can , we definitely recommend him . The house was clean , My sister and I both felt very comfortable and safe we had no issues . The only thing I wished was , we would have had a view of the ocean but it was a very short walk to seeing it . Sue and Katie

Owner was friendly and helpful. He seemed to be working hard to make the property better. The best thing about this property was the cost per night in fairly new house. Now some of the other things that need to be mentioned, and they might not bother everyone. The house was not completely finished on the outside. The stucco on half of the back of the house wasn’t finished and was missing the light fixtures. The only room in the house that was air conditioned is the main living area. There are small fans that blow air into the bedrooms. I don’t believe that the house is insulated so the air conditioning runs all the time. The house is off the grid. Power is solar and gas generator. The gas generator is located right next to the king bed room. It is pretty loud especially when you are trying to sleep. We couldn’t move to the queen bedroom because there was only a single sheet on the mattress. No blanket. Bathrooms are not air conditioned. Water pressure in the shower wouldn’t even wash the sand off of you. Hard to shave with no mirror above the sink. No oven in the kitchen. Only 2 stools to sit on. Counter tops are plywood with a rough finish on them. Beech is close but there isn’t a easy pathway to it. A lot is scrub brush to walk through, and then there is a cliff that you have to climb down to get to the beach. There are two unfinished houses on the property and it looks like there is more houses being built next door. When this property is finished it should be pretty nice

The property was a good fit for us on business. Good location. Clean comfortable furniture. Island power went out a couple of times and the owner turned on the generator to help. Kitchen, stove fridge, coffee maker worked well. The only drawback I have to mention is the AC unit. They have one in the living room and then have 12" fans embedded in the walls to try and get cold air into both bedrooms. Did not work well bedrooms must have been 80 at night. Other than that it was good.
